06/10/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent spot right in the heart of Roanne! We had a fantastic meal at Les Remparts. The burgers are truly original, generous, and above all, delicious 🍔😋. You can tell they put real thought into the recipes, and it's a refreshing change from classic burgers. A great find, with tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back! I highly recommend it. 👌

We had a very pleasant time in a warm and almost familial atmosphere. Being able to watch the chefs at work in the kitchen added a truly unique touch to the experience. It felt almost like being at home, but with refined cuisine and attentive service! A wonderful culinary experience that we highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

30/10/2026: A real tourist trap! The menu advertised a burger deal for lunch at €14.90, including a burger and fries. So we each ordered a burger and fries, without explicitly mentioning that we wanted the deal. When it came time to pay, surprise: the burgers and fries were charged separately, à la carte. I asked why the deal price hadn't been applied. The waitress's response: "You didn't say so." Excuse me, but since when do you have to utter a magic phrase to get a discount that's clearly listed on the menu? No wonder the place is so empty… A particularly shady business practice and a frankly unpleasant experience. Keep walking!

16/10/2026: We were warmly welcomed by a young lady named Tattia (sorry if that's not her real name, it's not a common one), but she was very pleasant and always smiling. Thank you to her; my husband and I had a lovely evening and a delicious meal.

16/10/2026: We've never had a problem before, always received excellent service, but since the arrival of a waitress named Talia, with whom we had a terrible experience, the problems have kept piling up, always with the same person who is incredibly haughty, disrespectful, and unclean. She spoke to us very rudely, put any piece of bread that fell on the floor back into our basket, and even addressed us informally! Avoid at all costs!
