09/10/2026: If you're looking for a great meal in Ruffec, this is the place to go. If you're feeling peckish, any Benaise burger will do the trick! The dishes and desserts change regularly and are crafted with a refined touch in their flavor combinations. As someone who isn't much of a tea drinker, their Moroccan mint tea is incredible. What this restaurant lacks in decor, you make up for in the food, and that's what you expect from a good restaurant.

28/06/2026: Just came to the restaurant for lunch. The starter, main course, and dessert of the day were very good. I enjoyed the quiet little terrace at the back of the restaurant. The service was very quick. I thank the waitresses for their kindness. Ramps for wheelchairs are available to access the terrace. If I return to the area, I will gladly return to this restaurant.

21/06/2026: As a group of Motorcyclists we stayed here for a week in June 2026. It was a perfect venue for us for touring the local area. The staff were amazing and evening meals were all superb. We were allocated two garages to lock the bikes safely away at night. The wi-fi is free and there is a great terrace and a good bar frequented by locals. We had fabulous time and will be back and would certainly recommend this hotel.

11/10/2026: While in Tours, we stopped as a family at the famous Place Plumereau, at the Café du Vieux Mûrier, to enjoy lunch on the terrace in the heart of the historic center. As for the food, the terrine offered as a starter was particularly flavorful and enjoyable. The main courses were generally good, but without any real surprises or standout features. We did have a slight preference for the Burger du Vieux Mûrier, which stood out with its more unusual flavors while remaining well-balanced. The desserts followed the same pattern as the main courses: good and well-executed, but without any truly distinctive elements to make them stand out. In terms of value for money, the starter seemed a little expensive considering the portion size, despite the terrine being of very high quality. Otherwise, the prices are consistent with what is offered and the quality of the food. The atmosphere is clearly the establishment's strongest point. Housed in a building with a facade typical of old Tours, the restaurant boasts an interior dining room in a bistro style that perfectly reflects its identity. But it's the large terrace that truly sets it apart. Located directly on Place Plumereau, in the heart of the historic center, it enjoys an exceptional location and offers a particularly pleasant setting for lunch. Regarding the service, the staff was professional and courteous throughout the meal. However, I found the service slightly lacking in attentiveness and warmth, although this remains a minor point compared to the overall experience. 02/10/2026: A pretty resort, though not as well laid out as its neighbor Courchevel. The slopes are well-maintained but can be treacherous. The amount of vegetation is acceptable for a resort in the Three Valleys. The valley's somewhat enclosed location makes navigation a bit tricky, but apart from that, it's very pleasant.

29/09/2026: Special mention to Brim, a super friendly and attentive waiter throughout the entire service. The welcome from the whole team upon arrival was pleasant, and the udon noodles were delicious! The broth was not at all heavy, which was very nice for a stopover.

We recommend the pasta Assassina, but everything we had was delicious. They even have gluten free pasta, every one in our group of 9 was so happy! Homemade tiramisu and panacotta were sooooo good!!!!
