13/08/2026: What a delightful time we had at this restaurant! Everything was perfectly executed, from the welcome to the last bite. The quality of the ingredients was impeccable, and the presentation was truly exquisite. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail on the plate, especially the pomegranate seeds, which added a touch of freshness and a beautiful splash of color to the dessert. We loved the ambiance and the refined flavors. It's an excellent place to treat yourself. We will definitely be back.

His wine knowledge is simply impressive: passionate, a natural teacher, and always offering excellent advice, he takes the time to share his expertise and introduce you to some wonderful bottles. You can feel a genuine passion behind every recommendation, without ever sounding pretentious. A friendly and authentic place, perfect for both casual drinkers and connoisseurs. I recommend it 100% without hesitation!

31/08/2026: The best place we visited in Lyon for wine. Christophe is warm and welcoming, and his food and wine is delicious. We knew practically nothing about wine, but he shared his knowledge generously and without pretension. He also gave great recommendations for the local area.

30/08/2026: A wonderful lunch at Chez Auguste at the end of August! The welcome was very warm, the ingredients were high quality, and the flavor combinations were truly successful. Special mention goes to the beetroot sorbet, which was as surprising as it was delicious. We will gladly return!

22/08/2026: I rarely leave reviews, but I don't understand how anyone can leave positive reviews for this restaurant. The food is of mediocre quality, for an exorbitant price. The service is also terrible; they spilled sauce on us, and when we looked at the receipt, we were charged more than the prices on the menu. A real tourist trap, avoid it at all costs…

01/08/2026: Hello! Excellent wood-fired pizzas. Top-notch service with lovely waiters. And a very professional owner at the helm. It's worth noting that this is one of the few restaurants that doesn't raise its prices during the festival. I went there three times during the festival and was never disappointed.

27/07/2026: Terrible service. We ordered one Big King meal and one tortilla meal. Usually, the service is quick when the restaurant is full. The restaurant was empty. It was 11:00 AM and we waited over 20 minutes for our order. Orders 544 and 557 were placed on July 27, 2026. In the meantime, a waitress came by, looked at our totes, gave us the trays, and took them back a minute later. Why? We decided to go down to the counter because we hadn't received our orders for almost 30 minutes, and in the meantime, more people had started arriving. It was around 12:06 PM when someone at the counter told us, "We were looking for you." I got angry because it wasn't our fault. They initially blamed us. Then another very nice woman at the counter (a blonde) took our orders back when we explained the situation. It was very quick, and we thanked her. We were waiting for our orders and saw the same waitress from the beginning. She practically handed us our trays when she passed us on the stairs, as if she couldn't climb five more steps to bring them to our table? She spent the whole time sighing and complaining. I never usually write negative reviews, but I've never seen anything like it. The service is unacceptable. The worst part is that we weren't the only ones; the tables next to us were having the same problem. When we were at the counter, there were tons of orders that needed to be redone because they'd been sitting there too long. I can understand the difficulty of being the only one serving; mistakes happen, but it's the attitude that leaves much to be desired. The order that arrived at our table (the new one) was cold, and the fries were dry. It's disappointing to pay for service like that. It doesn't even make me want to come back to your restaurant.

26/07/2026: I came to eat after work this Sunday, July 26th. I arrived at the drive-thru at exactly 5:45 a.m. Two vehicles were ahead of me. The car just in front of us was able to place its order. I clearly heard the drive-thru employee announce that they were still taking orders until 6:00 a.m. When it was our turn, around 5:50 a.m., the employee abruptly refused to take our order, declaring in a very unpleasant tone, "That's it, we're stopping, we're closing." Yet, the restaurant was still listed as open, and just moments before, she had accepted the order from the car in front of us. I calmly asked her several times to please take my order. I even offered to serve me any menu item or whatever was left so I wouldn't leave empty-handed after my workday. She categorically refused. I simply pointed out that it was only 5:50 a.m. and that I had heard her tell the previous customer that orders were accepted until 6:00 a.m. I also explained that my wife works at McDonald's and that I am familiar with how a drive-thru operates. Her response was: "Go eat at McDonald's." I find this attitude outrageous and deeply disrespectful. The problem is not just the refusal to serve a customer, but above all, the complete lack of professionalism, respect, and consideration. This kind of behavior seriously damages the establishment's image. I sincerely hope that management will review the security cameras, listen to the drive-thru recordings if necessary, and take appropriate measures to ensure that no other customer is treated this way. I am truly disappointed…

29/08/2026: A charming café and pastry shop. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere and the strawberry cheesecake. The waitress was very helpful and attentive. You can order at the counter or the bar. The server then brings your order according to your assigned number. The kitchen staff wear uniforms and, as is customary, caps. Everything is organized very professionally and efficiently. They offer set menus, cakes, brioches, and drinks, including several lemonades. The cheesecake slices are generous, ranging from €3.30 to €5.50. They are made with high-quality cream and mascarpone, garnished with various fruits or pistachios. The place is always lively. It's clear that this café is frequented mainly by regulars who appreciate the quality and atmosphere. The only downside: the chairs are uncomfortable and hard, and their style varies. Apparently, the owners don't prioritize comfort and design. However, they place great importance on the quality and variety of their products. The background music is soft and relaxing. The service is quick. The location is ideal: a 15-minute walk from the train station. Kudos to the owners and staff for the quality of the products. I recommend it to everyone.

28/07/2026: The welcome was adequate, and the space was quite pleasant, although the small size and slightly dilapidated state of the walls in places were rather baffling. As for the meal, the table location was fine. I ordered beef bourguignon. The sauce was too salty for me, and the steamed broccoli had lost its flavor. My partner's portion of fries was too small; he had to ask for a second helping. Otherwise, his chicken was very good, and I would still recommend it.

02/09/2026: It's a small two-story restaurant with a rather steep staircase. The tables are close together, and if there are noisy diners, conversation becomes difficult. The staff is attentive and courteous, a rarity in Paris. That said, I'd focus on the food, which is truly excellent. The galette I had was superb. The sweet crepes were excellent, but it's a shame I couldn't try them. They also have interesting dishes: the Reblochon burger is the best. Worth a visit and more. The price is fair for the product. Well done, thanks for being here.

You can taste the quality of the products and the expertise. It's exactly the kind of place you want to share and recommend to everyone you know. A wonderful experience for an oyster tasting, whether with family, friends, or simply to treat yourself. We'll definitely be back!
