28/09/2026: The view is exceptional, but the best is yet to come: everything is generous, friendly, and authentic. The staff is delightful, and they entertain us with a few accordion tunes joined in by the other guests. The meal is simple yet beautifully prepared, and finished with a complimentary digestif that makes the taste buds sing. Pure bliss. Time flew by!

A very warm welcome from the whole team.
The meal was generous and of very high quality.
From the appetizer to the dessert, a real treat, not forgetting the complimentary after-dinner drink with three choices.
A beautiful, flower-filled chalet in the middle of a splendid valley.

04/10/2026: An exceptional location, but the price is out of line for what you get.
The hut definitely needs a refresh. A little maintenance wouldn't hurt either.
Aside from that, the place is peaceful and the breakfast is excellent.
13/09/2026: A very good experience enjoying a delicious fondue on the terrace overlooking the Franco-Swiss mountains. We will return to try the unusual yurt room.

12/09/2026: I went on a Friday evening without a reservation, but it was so popular that there were hardly any seats available. The beef pho was a bit greasy, but the portion was generous and it was delicious. They removed the cilantro when I asked, and despite being busy, they were friendly.

Thanks for introducing me to coffee from a local roastery. The portion size was a bit small considering the price.

13/10/2026: Sat outside right on the water. Food, drinks and atmosphere is a must when visiting Strasbourg.
Espresso martinis are strong espresso tasting. Don’t be alarmed by veal cordon bleu instead of chicken. Veal is so thin you can’t taste it. It was filled with ham and cheese. Definitely add the mushroom cream sauce, it completes it.

22/08/2026: Simply the best restaurant in my opinion. The food is incredible; we come here often with my partner, my father, my brother, and my friends. We moved far away from Valenciennes and we're really sad we can't come as often as before 😞. We'll come back to the North just to eat here. The servers are so friendly!! The miso ramen is a sure thing!!
