08/09/2024: Nous avons très bien mangé, restaurant calme, accueil très charmant, j'adore le cadre style chalet! Le patron fait d'excellentes tartes flambées, et la pâtissière fait une forêt noire à tomber par terre!! Excellent restaurant!!!!!!!!!
29/08/2024: Une agréable surprise à tous points de vue. Le calme au-dessus de la vallée de Munnster. L'accueil, sympa, souriant, par le couple des propriétaires.La carte et les suggestions, mets et vins, varier maison pas trop, la cuisine évidemment, soignée par le fils et son épouse. Copieuse et de qualité.
Nous nous sommes régalés autant avec la salade forestière que la succulente entrecôte de boeuf spaetzle et sauce aux girolles fraîches du secteur, ou encore la forêt noire. C'est beau, c'est bon, c'est familial.
Cet établissement, pas idéalement situé sur le bord de la route menant à la Schlucht , mériterait de remporter l'attention qu'il mérite. Nous revendrons.

12/12/2024: carafe of water 1 euro. crepe not homemade a real crepe you can recognize it. and the arrogant boss who doesn't like comments. Compared to the edge of the woods, it has nothing comparable.

24/09/2024: Clients depuis 25 ans, nous avons été déçus🥴. Oublis dans notre commande, nous avons noté, que cela n'avait plus le même "prestige" que les années d'antant. Le pain pour la fondue n'était pas approprié, très en mie et bourratif. 😡
La fondue était encore en bloc solide, une fois arrivée sur la table.😡
Très très déçus, je pense que désormais les kilomètres effectués pour venir avec envie manger à la Lairerie ne se feront plus. Je ne recommande pas🥴😡
18/09/2024: Regular customer for 30 years, we were a little disappointed with our last visit. The dishes offered were completely lacking in taste, whether it was the pie or the fondues. The morel fondue really didn't have a lot of morels.
On the other hand, the service is always so friendly (phew!), the view superb and the prices reasonable.

03/12/2024: Une dame adorable, qui prend le temps de tout expliquer en face à face et même au téléphone alors qu'elle est en plein service. Elle a pris le temps de faire des pommes de terre sautées spécialement pour ma fille de 4 ans. La nourriture est bonne, faite maison et avec des produits frais. Que demander de plus ?
29/11/2024: La patronne se lève très tôt pour concocter des plats délicieux et fait maison ! En terrasse fin novembre c'était une halte parfaite !
