22/05/2026: A very pleasant and welcoming place. The owner and her friend are as much a part of who you'll meet as the delicious food served. Reservations are recommended. Meals are only served at lunchtime, but the café is open until late afternoon. It has the atmosphere of a small roadside inn, for those who remember them. I highly recommend it and give the owner 5 stars.

01/05/2026: A truly delightful discovery, both for the location and the food and staff. The menu changes seasonally, according to what's available, and there isn't an endless list of dishes. Everything is fresh and delicious, and the quality-to-price ratio is excellent. We came without our daughter and can't wait to come back and treat her. We had a wonderful time with a young and dynamic team. Being quite demanding, being the daughter of a restaurateur, among other things, I highly recommend this lovely establishment in a hidden gem.

The counter seating, perfect for watching the chefs, was a real bonus. The waitress explained each skewer and its accompanying sauce, a true delight for the taste buds! We were there for a birthday, and the chef wrote a message in Japanese on our plate to celebrate—a lovely touch! We even had the chance to chat and take a photo with the chef, who was very friendly! An elegant and welcoming setting From the moment you step through the door, you are enveloped in an atmosphere that is at once contemporary, intimate, and profoundly warm. The decor is refined and minimalist, perfectly showcasing the dishes without ever distracting from them. You immediately feel privileged. Top-notch cuisine On the plate, it's a veritable festival of flavors and emotions. The chef elevates the Breton terroir with rare creativity and audacity. Each dish is a visual work of art, where the precision of the cooking rivals the perfect balance of seasonings. The interplay of textures, the surprising combinations (including magnificent surf-and-turf pairings), and the exceptional quality of the local produce all testify to a very high level of expertise. It's refined, delicate, and incredibly delicious. Impeccable service The excellence of the cuisine is perfectly complemented by exemplary service. The team is professional, friendly, and attentive without ever being stuffy. The explanations provided for each dish demonstrate a genuine passion and a love of sharing. Special mention goes to the sommelier's recommendations: the food and wine pairings were precise, original, and enhanced every course of the menu. In conclusion La Maison Tiegezh lives up to its name ("family" in Breton): you can feel the authenticity, the passion, and the desire to please. A must-visit address that I wholeheartedly recommend to all epicureans visiting Brittany. We will return with immense joy!

01/12/2025: Exceptional meal. Beautiful dining room. The waitress was incredibly attentive and, above all, responsive. She took the time to understand that I didn't like vegetarian chili so I could change my dish—a huge thank you to her. Perfect egg, fish Colombo, and a divine dessert.

15/06/2026: We spent two nights at Château Bellevue in the beautiful "Hortense" suite, so romantic with its floral wallpaper in shades of cream and sky blue. The bedding was very comfortable. To be perfectly honest, our stay was absolutely perfect, and you'd have to be very demanding to find anything to criticize! In detail: The place is delightful and peaceful, and the view from the rooms overlooking the countryside (at least from ours) is idyllic. Breakfast, served in the veranda overlooking the garden, offers homemade jams, honey from the estate, brioche, granola, and freshly baked cake, free-range eggs from the Gers region, warm pastries, local farm yogurt, good cheeses (not mass-produced Babybel...), ham, and more. It's a real treat to stroll through the well-maintained, flower-filled park, shaded by very tall trees. Children of all ages, from 1 to 101, will appreciate the friendly presence of animals (donkeys, geese, pigeons, chickens, rabbits, etc.), as well as the outdoor pool, the pétanque court, and the billiards room. The meals are delicious, prepared with vegetables from the chef's garden and local produce, and served with warm, crusty homemade bread: it's as beautiful as it is tasty, and the portions are perfect for a normal appetite. I didn't try the spa area myself, but one of my daughters did: hammam, heated indoor whirlpool, terrace overlooking the garden, and the option of sipping herbal tea in a bathrobe by a fireplace to warm up in winter—it's pure luxury! Everything at Château Bellevue exudes an atmosphere of great elegance and authenticity; it's a place with a history and a vibrant atmosphere. It feels like a beautiful, charming holiday home, not a hospital like most hotels... It's incredibly elegant but not flashy, poetic, with linens from antique wardrobes, noble floorboards that creak (a little), silverware and Limoges china stamped with the castle's coat of arms, tasteful decor (the living room and dining room are truly beautiful), a cozy, intimate atmosphere, and above all... truly warm hosts! The only disappointing moment of the stay... was having to leave ^^
