24/05/2026: The welcome was extremely unpleasant: they wouldn't let us charge our bike batteries. The rest of the service was mediocre, as was the food. Yet another restaurant that relies on its good location and doesn't put any effort into anything else... In the end, more of a den than a friendly place!

24/05/2026: A very good experience! The burger was delicious, the bun was nice and soft, and the steak was cooked rare (as requested). The setting by the water is lovely. The service creates a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Whether with friends, family, or on your own, it's a great restaurant.

30/04/2026: The tables were far too cramped, practically touching. The asparagus special was poorly served—too thin and overcooked; it tasted like reheated canned asparagus. Very disappointed 😞

05/07/2026: We discovered this place by chance while strolling through Old Lyon. It's a really nice restaurant with a very friendly atmosphere, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. The first time, it cost us €133 for four alcoholic drinks, two main courses, two desserts, and of course, an appetizer platter. We loved it so much that we went back the next day, where this time it cost us €64 for two alcoholic drinks, an appetizer platter, and two main courses. I highly recommend it; it's a truly great restaurant in this touristy area. Thank you again for your warm welcome and excellent food! There's also a small vintage clothing shop tucked away inside the restaurant.

30/06/2026: Excellent experience from start to finish. The welcome was particularly warm, and the atmosphere was enhanced by colorful and carefully curated manga-themed decor. The service was impeccable: the waiter was smiling, attentive, discreet, and very professional. The dishes were served promptly. The presentation was elegant, the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the flavors were spot on. All this was offered at a very reasonable price, providing excellent value for money. Finally, the manager was equally welcoming and kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A place I recommend without hesitation.

13/06/2026: I came with a friend after a run that finished late. We arrived just as the restaurant was about to close, and we were very hungry. We received a very warm welcome. Given the time, only takeout was available, which suited us perfectly. Our order was prepared quickly, and the portions were delicious and generous. The restaurant's interior is nicely decorated, and we felt very welcome. I highly recommend it! Thank you again for serving us despite our late arrival 😊

01/06/2026: Excellent food, the head cheese salad was superb... Sweetbreads!!!! Mmmmmm Half a Saint Marcellin cheese... and to finish, prunes. Very friendly and attentive service. Go without hesitation... just steps from the Cordeliers... a must!!!

02/05/2026: 30 cents per drink or dish ordered if you sit on the terrace... 🙄 Plus, not all the prices on the menu were up to date, a very unpleasant surprise when the bill arrived. They should have just included the "terrace prices" on the menu 😒 Luckily the waiter was pleasant

11/04/2026: The food here is by far the best Asian menu in Morzine, with great cocktails to accompany. The beer selection is also worth a visit for. So good you'll be coming back again!

30/03/2026: This restaurant is a hidden amazing gem of Morzine. The food is incredible - and a very welcome break from the traditional mountain food of a French ski resort. Being from NYC / London, this food could easily be a successful restaurant in a major global city. Service was great and super helpful to squeeze us in. Ambiance and vibe were excellent. Everything was delicious - but if you feel like you desperately need some vegetables for a break from the other Morzine restaurants - order the broccoli and the carrots!

13/06/2026: I can't understand the good reviews. It's nothing like KaDeWe in Berlin. Incredibly expensive and it felt like they only sold clothes for older people with an elitist sense of style. We even got some disdainful looks from the sales staff here and there, probably because we weren't dressed well enough. A little tip: The clothes you choose for a tourist sightseeing tour of Paris don't say anything about how deep your pockets are ;).
