19/08/2026: We visited Au Cygne d'Abondance with another family of friends, and given the results... we returned a second time! An unmistakable sign of how excellent the experience was. The quality of the dishes is exceptional: each course is prepared with care and mastery, with authentic and genuine flavors that reflect true Alsatian tradition. We sampled different specialties on both visits and were won over each time. The wine also deserves a special mention: an excellent selection, perfect for pairing with the dishes and further enhancing their flavors. But what made both evenings truly special was the staff: kind, attentive, and professional at all times, capable of making us feel at home despite our large group. Impeccable service, with that touch of human warmth that truly makes the difference. It's no coincidence that we returned: here, the quality is consistent and the welcome always warm. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, high-quality gastronomic experience in Alsace. Five fully deserved stars!

The products are amazing—nothing frozen, long live farm-fresh produce! 🐷 And local products too! Honestly, it's worth the detour; it's really worth it.

27/08/2026: We arrived late, which is really unusual for us, but the lovely owner welcomed us warmly and kindly. We really enjoyed the atmosphere under the vaulted ceiling; the food was delicious and homemade, and we had a lovely chat with the owner. Thank you, we'll be back and we highly recommend this place. (The two Swiss people and the little dog who tried to grab your fingers 😉🐶)

15/07/2026: We had a very enjoyable visit, including a tour of the workshops where we watched the production process live. Maria gave us a detailed presentation and let us taste the different calissons, candied fruits, nougat, and other delicacies... in short, a real treat for anyone with a sweet tooth! Recommended for adults and children alike 👏

15/07/2026: A superb tour of the factory led by Maria, who took the time to explain the origins of Parli and the confectionery. We were able to taste all the sweets; it was fantastic! The children loved it as much as the parents 😀

08/07/2026: What a great find! My partner googled this place while we were on the fly. It was above all expectations, a great cocktail bar hiding in plain sight. We wish we had of chanced upon a show that night but our luck wasn’t all in. I tried the Salty Dog, the Mad Daddy and Elphaba. They were all delicious, booze forward and flavour forward and saved us in our time of need!!! MERCI BEAUCOUP BIG TIME!!! xx and thanks for the stickers they’re on my bike!

18/07/2026: The attendant was so wonderful to help us with ordering since we did not speak the language. We are from the United States and he spoke English very well and tried very hard. The food is wonderful and we appreciate the extra service!

13/07/2026: The wait is far too long. The waiter told me that the chicken wasn't good because the new Halal recipe wasn't suitable.

22/08/2026: I asked the waitress for an explanation about a salad on the menu, and she replied, "It's written on it." I tensed up and just wanted to leave! We ordered an aperitif, and after the second sip, the main course arrived! Disappointed with what we ate (apart from the burger), we didn't even order dessert. Avoid this place; it's a tourist trap.
