26/08/2026: They're top-notch! The quality of the hummus and tabbouleh is on par with the best restaurants I've visited in Lebanon. A highly recommended restaurant, then. Minor criticisms: we ordered, among other things, the chef's platter (€26.50). The mezze were delicious, but I found the amount of meat for the shish taouk a bit skimpy. They could make a little more of an effort :-). Also, the restaurant (it was a Monday evening) is a bit noisy, and the carpets, very worn, could use replacing. In short, the food at Le Cèdre is superb. Kudos to their flans too.

24/08/2026: This place is truly disgusting. The food, while worthy of a Doberman, is awful. And to top it off, they don't even tell you if a dish is sold out; instead, they bring you a substitute of their choosing without informing you beforehand. I can't judge the service impartially since it was nonexistent. The prices? Outrageous. Shameful. Avoid at all costs.

09/06/2026: Don Peppone is by far one of the best restaurants in the area. I've been coming here since I was little with my parents, and today I have the pleasure of returning with my husband. The pizzas are simply exceptional, the best I've ever eaten, and in my opinion, they remain unsurpassed. The quality is consistently excellent, year after year. The owners are incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. You feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. An authentic restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend to all lovers of good pizza. Thank you for all these years of enjoyment and conviviality! The Fogeiro Family

10/08/2026: A very good vegetarian restaurant, and not very expensive, especially for a historic center. A very warm welcome and quite a few regulars, which is often a good sign.

20/08/2026: What can I say except that I highly recommend this restaurant, which, beyond the warm welcome and excellent service, boasts an exceptional chef. I had the delicious octopus and, above all, the XXL profiterole, which I finished all by myself. It was of impeccable quality… I would even say that at 54, it's the first time I've ever eaten such a dessert. Bravo to the entire team!

07/03/2026: Very disappointed...very noisy inside. Uninspired service, no advice on choosing a dish or a signature dish. When you order a prime cut of meat and it arrives overcooked and tasteless, well, not a place to recommend, especially with all the other restaurants nearby!

20/07/2026: "Au Bon Vivre" truly lives up to its name: after 15 years of searching the area for a place to have a drink or lunch, I finally found this place, which feels like a miracle. The staff is friendly, honest, and knowledgeable about the origin of their products; among other things, they cultivate their own vegetable garden. The restaurant is beautifully situated at the top of Parnac, overlooking the church square, so it's quiet and shaded thanks to the pavilion on the terrace. The prices are also very reasonable, nostalgically reminiscent of the prices from 20 years ago. I could go on raving about it, but I think everyone will have understood that this place is a must-visit. Please note that the overall rating is lower due to negative reviews from the previous owners (about two years ago).
