27/02/2026: My partner and I stopped at this salad bar for a takeaway meal. We ordered two salads and a dessert. The rice in the salad wasn't cooked, or at least barely... and the panna cotta was two days past its expiration date (we went there on February 27th)... We were unfortunately disappointed, as we are regular customers of La Case à Pain... Nevertheless, the place is welcoming.

13/04/2026: We come to Avalon regularly, yet we had never had lunch at this well-known restaurant, which deserves to be even more so, especially for those who appreciate the excellence of traditional French cuisine. Perhaps the facade, currently being renovated, will contribute to this? In any case, our lunch for four was excellent. They have a good wine cellar... A place to discover or rediscover.

23/11/2025: For my part, the meal was very good, the welcome was nice, just the accompanying portion was very minimalist, a small dish of crushed mashed potatoes and a small dish of sautéed potatoes which for me was the value for one person and we were 6 adults plus I found it very expensive.

30/04/2026: The food was delicious, and I highly recommend the Moules Gratine. The butter and garlic sauce on top is absolutely amazing with bread. The food came out very quickly, and the portions were generous.

28/04/2026: A fantastic restaurant in Marseille! The ingredients are fresh and high-quality. Special mention goes to the fresh tuna in the Niçoise salad, which was particularly delicious. The salmon tartare is also excellent. The service is pleasant and the restaurant is tastefully decorated!

The service was exceptionally high-quality, with a professional, attentive, and responsive team. The meals were also excellent, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by all the guests. Honestly, we have absolutely no complaints: everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to organize a successful event. 20/04/2026: I advise you to avoid this restaurant. The staff watched us eat and rushed us. They served undercooked, cold, and non-halal meat. The owner scratched his private parts in front of the customers. Right after, I went to the doctor because I had a tapeworm. The food was truly disgusting; there was also mold in the kitchen and a deathly smell in the restaurant. Run away.

14/04/2026: Dinner on the evening of April 14th with my partner. A perfect meal; the burgers were generous and very filling. A special mention for the owner: she manages the service and the kitchen professionally and with passion. She is welcoming, warm, and incredibly kind. Don't be fooled by the street or the location; this restaurant truly stands out from the competition. It's not a fast-food place. It's a real burger restaurant.

01/04/2026: A pleasant surprise! A restaurant that doesn't look like much from the outside, and yet: the classic Italian dishes are excellent, served quickly by an adorable waiter and a chef who takes great care of his customers.

22/03/2026: Visited by chance on the recommendation of a local, Pizzeria Alberto lived up to its promise for the evening. The staff was warm and professional, the food generous and delicious. There was a good selection, but not too much, and the best part was the homemade fresh pasta. The atmosphere was lively, with the chef making a point of checking on each customer during their meal. Finally, the value for money is excellent; some establishments in the provinces are much more expensive.
