30/08/2026: Found by chance – simply fantastic!! The food, the wine, the atmosphere. I had a delicious trout with risotto and ice cream afterwards. White wine to go with it. What more could you want? The "faux fillet with fries" was also really very good.

04/09/2026: A truly unique experience a few days ago at this discreet and elegant restaurant. We savored the four-course truffle tasting menu for the modest sum of €54! More than reasonable considering the quality of the dishes! The chef and his team practice their craft with heart, passion, and professionalism, and it truly shines through, much to the delight of the guests. We highly recommend it!

25/07/2026: We recently dined again at L'Ecuyer Normand, a restaurant we greatly appreciate. The dishes are always of high quality, and we discover new flavors each time, with a careful balance of sweet and savory and just the right seasoning. From the outside, the restaurant is discreet, perhaps too much so, as it's not prominent enough and is overshadowed by the pizzeria next door. But once you step inside, it's a warm and welcoming place with friendly owners who love their work, a rare thing these days. In short, if you're in Chandai, stop by; you won't regret it. Below, our first visit: Our first experience at this restaurant (but certainly not the last). Warm atmosphere, very pleasant service and welcome. From the €40 menu, I recommend the skate tataki as a starter—a real treat, although in fact, the entire dinner was excellent, and the seasonings were just perfect. There were four of us, and we all felt the same way when we left. A big thank you to the chef and the young waiter.

27/08/2026: The welcome was simply superb: warm, friendly, and attentive from beginning to end. Au 31 is a charming little neighborhood restaurant, just the way we like them, with traditional French cuisine that is generous and, above all, delicious. My wife chose a bavette steak, while I opted for a Montbéliard sausage: two succulent dishes, perfectly prepared and served with a smile. An excellent culinary experience, perfect for sharing as a couple or with family. A friendly place where you feel comfortable and want to return. I recommend Au 31 100%! 👌🍽️

09/08/2026: The setting isn't anything special, but the culinary journey is incredible. The ingredients are fresh. You can see and taste it when you eat, because you don't just eat, you savor. The dishes are prepared with immense skill and meticulous attention to presentation. The welcome and service are impeccable. The staff is very attentive and caring. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely return.

20/08/2026: Booked online, listed as open on Google, but no sign, notice, or any indication whatsoever on the door. We were excited to go, but what a letdown... Extremely disappointed. A little more attention to detail would be appreciated to avoid this kind of disappointment and prevent people from making the trip only to be stranded for nothing. Another couple was there at the same time and just as disappointed.

20/08/2026: A wonderful discovery at Café de la Poste in Manosque. A calm and pleasant atmosphere, with a manager who listens and pays attention to the little things that make all the difference. As for the food, simple but truly delicious dishes, where you can really taste the skill and dedication to quality. It just goes to show that the simplest things are often the ones that yield the best results. A place to recommend.

29/06/2026: First time having lunch at this restaurant, and it certainly won't be the last! 😊 First of all, the location is ideal, right across from the Saint-Anne metro station, which is very convenient. We came at lunchtime and the service was quick, without being rushed. I chose the set menu with a half pizza and a salad, and I loved it! 🍕🥗 The pizza was thin, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I really appreciate this set menu because I never finish a whole pizza, so it was perfect. But what made this meal even more enjoyable was our server. A smiling, energetic, kind, and patient young man who always had a kind word. 😊 His welcome truly makes all the difference! You can tell he loves his job and cares about his customers. He's exactly the kind of person who makes you want to come back. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back... both for the quality of the food and for the exceptional kindness of the waiter! 👏✨
