The welcome was very warm, the Chinese hot pot was excellent, and my son, who had never tried it before, was very enthusiastic. I highly recommend this restaurant. I am extremely grateful to the lady who made our experience so enjoyable. Thank you again. I highly recommend that all lovers of Asian cuisine try her.

12/04/2026: Overall, we were very satisfied with our visit to Restaurant La Chaudanne in Morzine. The location is fantastic, especially if you're coming straight from the slopes – perfect for a relaxing break. The food was high quality, freshly prepared, and delicious. The regional specialties are particularly recommended. The portions were also generous. The service was friendly and attentive, although at times a little stressed due to the high volume of customers – which is understandable given the location. A bit more attention and speed would have been the icing on the cake. The ambiance is cozy and suits the alpine setting, but could be a bit more modern in some areas. All in all, a very solid restaurant with good food and a great location – we'll definitely be back!

However, the vegetarian/vegan tart, which looked very promising, wasn't well made; the vegetarian in our group was very disappointed. The dish could easily have been better executed. The rest of us were very satisfied with our meals.
