02/08/2026: The food is good and the service is excellent. It's worth taking the time to avoid just walking into the first restaurant you see and getting lost in the town of Aigues-Mortes. Long live 100% homemade cuisine! If I didn't live so far away, I'd be a regular.

15/08/2026: It’s a Michelin restaurant that takes quite a few buses to get to, but it was absolutely worth the journey. It felt like we were the only tourists there, which made the experience even more special and authentic. Great food, excellent service, and every dish was delicate and well-balanced with thoughtful flavour combinations. There wasn’t a single dish we didn’t enjoy. Definitely worth going out of the way for.

05/08/2026: Unbelievably affordable wine prices and perfect classic dishes that are hard to believe belong to a 1-star restaurant—it is simply perfect. The course menu is priced between 90 and 150 euros, and there is absolutely nothing to fault. If you are staying in Lyon, you must visit here! (It is much better than Paul Bocuse. It costs 20–30 euros one way by Uber.)

27/08/2026: Passing through Béthune, this was a pleasant discovery. The staff are friendly, and the food is good and plentiful. Special mention goes to the police-themed decor.

04/08/2026: It's too much. They should mention that the starter is a main course. The starter with the roast beef was very good. However, the main course (the chicken mousseline) was too salty. That's a shame.

08/08/2026: Thank you, Chef! Yes, we have a chef at the helm of this restaurant. A friendly chef, well supported by his team! Thank you, Chef, for this wonderful evening! Everything was perfect! Napoleon was a great find. A location set back from the main road, a pleasant terrace or dining room, and a menu where everything looks tempting. Special mention for the Revard wine, especially since I was used to Mont Dore! 😊 As you can see, it's a mistake to come to Lanslebourg WITHOUT stopping at Napoleon! A lovely encounter, an excellent meal, a wonderful evening. What more could you ask for?

From appetizer to dessert, everything is conceived with finesse, precision, and creativity. Quality ingredients are enhanced by remarkable skill, and flavor combinations are surprising and delicate… Each bite is a discovery. I was simply delighted. A flavorful, elegant, and generous cuisine that provides that rare something: the pleasure of experiencing a truly gastronomic moment. And because a great experience isn’t just about the food, the welcome and service contribute fully to this wonderful moment. A restaurant I wholeheartedly recommend. Cuisine that touches the taste buds… but above all, the emotions. Bravo to the chef and the entire team at L’Edulis for this absolutely wonderful interlude.

26/08/2026: Visually, it's magnificent: veritable works of art on a plate. And in terms of taste, it's simply exceptional. The chef elevates the mushrooms with remarkable skill. As for the setting, its colors beautifully evoke the world of the forest.

27/08/2026: A park where the animals seem to be respected, lovely staff and a truly natural setting (minor drawbacks include the new house which slightly disrupts the wild atmosphere).

18/08/2026: This was our second time visiting Arcada and I’m pleased to say it was just as fabulous as the first. The service was impeccable and the staff were incredibly friendly, recommending food and wine pairings and explaining everything we had ordered to us. The food was exceptional - presented beautifully and delicious in taste. We even got to have a look in the wine cellar before we left. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough.

07/07/2026: A somewhat chic restaurant where everyone is warmly welcome, but it is probably less advisable to arrive here in shorts, a t-shirt, and hiking boots 😉. Gastronomic cuisine and very attentive service. So far the best restaurant during our holiday in France. Refined and delicious. Very reasonable price for the level you get on your plate. I would go back in a heartbeat. The decor is also top-notch. We sat on the beautiful and atmospheric terrace, surrounded by an excellently maintained garden. The interior is also tastefully decorated. Also nice: parking available at the restaurant.

11/08/2026: This is a lovely restaurant tucked away in a back street of Lille. Wonderful seafood cooked with imagination. The couple running it couldn't be nicer, even though my french is close to non-existent. A great atmosphere.
