21/10/2026: While traveling in the area with a colleague, we stumbled upon this little inn. The cook and waiter were very friendly, and we had a wonderful lunch. I recommend a small glass of Chinon wine with the three-course meal (starter, main, dessert).

12/10/2026: An absolutely flawless lunch, a wonderful discovery. Everything was simply perfect from start to finish. The presentation of the dishes was meticulous, aesthetically pleasing, and immediately mouthwatering. As for the taste, the cooking was perfectly executed and the seasoning flawless; each flavor was revealed with remarkable precision, without ever being overpowering. A true chef's masterpiece! A huge congratulations to the kitchen for this delight, as well as to the waitstaff for their warm welcome. We will definitely be back!

25/10/2026: After not having set foot in this chain for a few years, I was pleasantly surprised by the evolution of this restaurant. The menu has been greatly improved, we had a lovely time, their burgers are excellent, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Well done!

24/10/2026: Everything arrived late and the food wasn't cooked. The service was catastrophic.

29/09/2026: This is a reasonably priced and delicious salami specialty shop where you can choose your favorite combination from a variety of flavors and purchase it for €12. I chose blue cheese, basil, and garlic, and each flavor was unique yet perfectly matched with the salami. It was a great accompaniment to both meals and drinks, and very satisfying. The cute pig character is also a must-see!

10/10/2026: It's always a real pleasure to come here for lunch or dinner. The welcome is particularly warm, the cuisine is generous and delicious, and the wine list is outstanding. The restaurant is always full, which testifies to the quality of the food and the loyalty of its customers. A must-visit address that I recommend without hesitation.

17/10/2026: A disgrace!!! At 10:30 PM, they're happy to serve you two Irish coffees but not a single Viennese coffee!!! First excuse: not the same price—€10 for the Irish coffee and €4.90 for the Viennese coffee. Second excuse: no hot drinks after service! World champions, they serve cold Irish coffees… No wonder there's nobody here!!! The only positive point is the young, energetic, smiling, and customer-oriented waiter who they send out to deliver the bad news!!!

16/10/2026: We were greeted by a very nonchalant waiter. €9.50 for just a glass of orange juice and a rather disappointing hot chocolate. Then we bought a cookie from "La Mie Caline," but we were forbidden to eat it, under the pretext that the bar also served food.

05/09/2026: The meal was incredible. Everything was delicious and very generous. The waitresses and owners were always very attentive. It was perfect.

23/04/2026: Overall impression: good location. But: You come here (among other things) to sleep. So what do you need? Bedding! It’s not fair that you have to pay extra for it (that information is buried deep in the Booking.com listing). It’s nice to arrive tired and be able to crawl straight into bed, instead of having to make up four beds. Moreover, the sheets are too narrow, so you still wake up next to your sheets on the mattress itself the next morning. Furthermore, the rooms need some maintenance: the shutters don’t close properly, there are no towel hooks in the bathroom, and the outlets are hard to reach and few in number. So, here are some tips to make your stay even more enjoyable. A big plus: the breakfast was delicious and very complete, served by a team of lovely family members!

28/10/2026: We went there for the Sunday set menu. The value for money was excellent. The menu was very well done and the flavors were true to the original. It was very good. I'm only giving it 4 stars because of two minor issues: the veal was overcooked and the wait was far too long (4 hours). A shame, because it was otherwise very good.

10/09/2026: A must-visit in the region, offering an excellent gourmet menu that changes monthly. With the wine pairings, the value for money is unbeatable. We go back almost every month.

31/07/2026: I've ordered takeout from this little restaurant several times, and the quality is always excellent! The build-your-own menu is a great way to mix things up; it's affordable, and it even comes with soup and coleslaw. The ingredients are really good, especially the maki rolls. You can tell they're made fresh and with a lot of skill. In addition, the online ordering website works perfectly; my order is always ready on time. So I go back regularly and I'm never disappointed.

06/10/2026: March 2026. It had been a few years since I'd been back to Le Beauvoir, which, for me, was the best restaurant in Bourges. This return visit today confirmed my opinion!
