18/08/2026: Dinner for five on the terrace; no complaints about the dishes, which were varied and delicious. However, not all the desserts were homemade. The service was very disappointing: the two waitresses were overwhelmed, unavailable, and even unpleasant. Priority seemed to be given to regular customers, to the detriment of tourists who were expected to wait. It's a shame, as this significantly detracted from the overall impression of this restaurant, which deserves to demonstrate greater professionalism in the dining room.

17/08/2026: A very calm restaurant with a wide selection of local wines, a definite plus. The menu offers a variety of choices: fish, beef, and pork. The snails as a starter are worth trying, as they are particularly good. The butcher's cut was a bit small (disappointing considering the €5 supplement), as was the pork knuckle, although the portion was sufficient for an average eater. The cold roast pork, however, was very good. The desserts were a mixed bag: the small scoops of ice cream arrived already very soft, the chocolate fondant wasn't worth the effort, and the rum baba seemed to be the best option.

You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the love for Argentinian cuisine. 15/05/2026: I'll start with my only disappointment: discovering this restaurant too late, just before closing time. The setting is beautiful, and the service is very pleasant and attentive. The tasting menu might seem a bit pricey, but everything is delicious and beautifully presented. No regrets about paying the price; the food is as good as in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Congratulations to the chef and the entire team, and best of luck for the future!

16/05/2026: We stayed at the hotel in April 2026 and decided to dine in one night at the hotel's restaurant, Envies. We were the only table that night, so service was attentive and fast, and the atmosphere was quiet. We started with the octopus appetizer, then shared the free-ranged chicken, the hanger steak, the grilled seabream and the cod fillet. We finished with the strawberry tart and sorbert. Each dish was beautifully presented and well balanced in terms of taste and texture. One notable mention was that the chicken dish was huge; it was basically half of a chicken on a plate! The waitress told us that the menu changes every so often, and we were the first ones to try the new menu. Overall, the meal was delicious and I wouldn't hesitate to go again if I am in the area for my next vacation.

04/04/2026: This restaurant is a gem, close to the Michelin star but far from the hustle and bustle. A refined, intimate restaurant, but not stuffy! The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, the flavors excellent, the temperature of the dishes and wines perfect, and the portions ideal. The service is impeccable and the welcome warm. The choice of dishes is very varied. We look forward to repeating the experience. See you soon.

11/07/2026: Since the restaurant was taken over by the right owners, it's simply perfect! If you haven't been back since the change of ownership, you absolutely must. The welcome is warm, the owners are incredibly kind, and you immediately feel at home. We were served very quickly; we ordered meat dishes, which were generous and delicious. And what can I say about the dessert… The French toast is simply the best I've ever eaten! A true delight. We had a wonderful evening from beginning to end and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend everyone come (or come back) to discover this restaurant; you won't be disappointed!

The welcome is warm, the service attentive, and the dishes are as delicious as ever. You can feel their expertise and their desire to please their customers. 13/08/2026: A little restaurant I discovered while visiting family in Regusse. What can I say?! It's delicious, clean, pleasant, and the portions are generous for a reasonable price. Duck breast for €13... where else can you get a meal for that price? We came as a couple: €60 for an aperitif, a charcuterie platter, two main courses, rosé wine, dessert, and coffee. We could actually have a conversation without shouting. A superb place that deserves to be better known. Thank you!

24/07/2026: July 2, 2026: A quick stop around 2:15 pm. The kitchen was already closed, but my husband and I, being motorcyclists, were sweltering in the heat. You served us a cheese platter, butter, and fresh bread with two shandy. The welcome was absolutely delightful. The owner came to chat with us. Excellent memory, we'll be back, that's a promise. Big hugs and kisses from Alsace! PS: The waitress even came out onto the terrace to wave goodbye from afar as we were leaving on our motorcycles. Unforgettable memory.
