08/09/2026: A very good restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, tucked away in the heart of Neudorf. The dishes offered are fairly standard but deliciously prepared. The staff is particularly friendly.

25/08/2026: I first visited this establishment on Thursday, August 20th, to celebrate my partner's birthday. The terrace is very pleasant and the food is very well prepared. We were even offered a complimentary after-dinner drink. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return!

29/08/2026: The food was excellent. It isn't very clean there... (tables sticky and cobwebs) but we saw that a lot in France. Glasses and cutlery were clean and the food was really delicious. The steak and hamburger are especially recommended.

24/08/2026: It took a very long time to take my order. I ordered well-done meat, but it arrived rare and cold. The fries were from the freezer. Not good at all.

31/07/2026: I've ordered takeout from this little restaurant several times, and the quality is always excellent! The build-your-own menu is a great way to mix things up; it's affordable, and it even comes with soup and coleslaw. The ingredients are really good, especially the maki rolls. You can tell they're made fresh and with a lot of skill. In addition, the online ordering website works perfectly; my order is always ready on time. So I go back regularly and I'm never disappointed.

The team was professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. Everyone took excellent care of us and our guests. The food was excellent, refined, and generous. We received nothing but compliments from our guests! A huge thank you to the entire team for helping to make this day so beautiful and unforgettable. You can go there without hesitation; you won't be disappointed! We recommend L’Oasis du Petit Galibier 100%.

26/02/2026: A simple yet effective menu and setting. Very pleasant waiter. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. And if you want an incredible dessert, try the Dilane with flambéed Grand Marnier; it's worth the trip.

12/04/2026: Quite expensive. They fall short quite a bit in terms of efficiency and quality. They claim a high label, but the breakfast is rather simple; sometimes no yogurt is available... Maybe this is because it was the end of the season, but when charging such high prices, one should expect higher quality. The evening meals, however, were very well prepared. The staff comes across as stressed, which sometimes translates into unfriendliness.

A big thank you to Mr Vito who went above and beyond to assist us in a time of need. I really cannot recommend the Hotel Carlina, the Chalet, its team and its location enough.
