02/09/2026: A must-try! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious. We ordered the specialty, the dan dan mian noodles, which were excellent, and for starters, a cucumber salad and equally tasty dumplings.

20/08/2026: When truckers are the last to be served… Hello, You two truck stops in Angers, and seriously, you can't even coordinate to avoid taking your vacations at the same time? It would have taken a little common sense: one year, one takes their vacation in July and the other in August, then you switch the following year. It's not that complicated! We truck drivers are on the road all year round. We supply food distribution centers, stores, businesses, and a good part of the economy that keeps running while many are on vacation. And when it's time for us to stop for a meal, we support your establishments by spending our money with you. But now, with two truck stops closed at the same time, what kind of message does that send to the drivers? "Figure it out yourselves!" “ The result: we end up forced to eat on the side of the road, in our trucks, or desperately searching for a place to park. And then we wonder why truck drivers are increasingly angry about the disappearance of truck stops… Unfortunately, I'm getting the growing impression that some establishments no longer see drivers as professionals who deserve respect and hospitality, but simply as wallets on wheels. When you're open, we're happy to come and eat and leave the bill. But when you should simply show a minimum of consideration for those who employ you, everyone's thinking about their vacation, and too bad for the drivers. So yes, I find that frankly pathetic. Taking time off, of course, is normal and you have every right to it. But wait!” Having two truck stops in the same area close at the exact same time is a huge lack of coordination and consideration for a profession that can't simply decide to park its truck for three weeks. A little common sense and respect for the drivers wouldn't hurt. As usual, when it comes to truck drivers: you're on your own... 😡😡😡 And then don't even think about asking why real truck stops are becoming increasingly rare. A word to the wise!! 🤔

04/09/2026: What an absolutely lovely bar and restaurant located inside the Sofitel Baltimore. We had such a wonderful experience here and were genuinely impressed from beginning to end. The atmosphere is beautiful, elegant, and welcoming, making it a really lovely place to spend an evening. A huge compliment to the entire team for the exceptional service. Everyone was incredibly attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The service really made the evening feel special and added so much to the overall experience. And the food was simply outstanding. It was not just good, it was genuinely excellent. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and clearly made with a lot of care and attention to detail. We enjoyed our evening so much and will definitely be coming back. A truly wonderful place with an elegant atmosphere, outstanding food, and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

04/09/2026: I had the set menu, and I have absolutely no complaints. The cooking was perfect, the seasoning was spot on, and the dessert was both well-balanced and bursting with flavor. Special mention to Karim, who managed the pace brilliantly despite our 10-month-old baby. I highly recommend it!

02/09/2026: Family dinner Excellent 5-course menu served on beautiful tableware. Original flavors, vegetables, fish, and game were presented in perfect form and always with delicious sauces. The chef was attentive. We had a wonderful time.

27/08/2026: A restaurant taken over by a professional with 40 years of experience. He's a former chef at Le Carré des Feuillants (a Michelin-starred restaurant) and continues in the same vein of refined, traditional French cuisine. Since then, it has changed hands several times, and now, in 2026, the menus are even better than they were then. It's worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, with 5- or 7-course tasting menus and wine pairing options.

I had the calf's liver, served with mashed potatoes and beans, absolutely perfect in the French style, "rosé" style – a true classic – and one of the best I've had in years! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the real Paris.

I particularly appreciated the delicate presentation of the soup, served in a pretty bowl adorned with butterflies and flowers. The freshness of the ingredients is immediately apparent. A must-visit for lovers of good food. I will gladly return.
