28/06/2026: Arrived at this bar/crêperie on a 40° day and was welcomed by lovely owners with a cold drink and ice cream. I can see why they have been there for so many years!

20/06/2026: The owners are absolutely charming and the welcome is very warm! Opt for ice cream rather than crepes in this heat, and don't hesitate to strike up a conversation over a small glass of cider!

16/06/2026: French restaurant, we had a wonderful meal! A homemade menu, traditional French dishes, and wine for those who appreciate it. We recommend: Duck breast, black pudding, roasted Camembert, and soft-boiled egg in a creamy mushroom soup!

12/06/2026: A wonderful discovery in Caen, our first ever! A truly authentic Thai/Khmer restaurant. The menu is simple, but everything is cooked on-site, spiced to the customer's liking. My Thai wife and I rediscovered the aromas and true flavors of Thailand. The welcome was warm and efficient, with a smile. The wine list is good, though a bit short; it could benefit from at least one additional Côtes du Rhône red to complement the spicy dishes we ordered. We're eager to return soon to try other dishes. Thank you!

01/06/2026: Absolutely fantastic! Walking past, looking for somewhere to eat, saw this place full of authentic looking French people, so went in as not a tourist spot. It was full so we had to sit outside, but so glad we stayed to eat. The food is absolutely delicious! Extremely high quality presentation, taste, textures, everything. This is what I visited Paris for! Service was very good, I think they must have thought we were some very important people, the treatment we received was so attentive!

Throughout the meal, we received attentive service with suggestions, and the service was organized, seamless, and friendly. The bright and airy atmosphere was a real plus for the dining experience. The food was excellent and flavorful, the dishes were perfectly seasoned, and the sauces were more than generous. I would also like to thank the entire team, from the kitchen to the dining room, for making our meal so wonderful.
