19/09/2026: Absolutely amazing! The menu looks incredibly tempting, and I’m sure every dish is just as wonderful as the one we had. You can really feel how much care and passion the team puts into what they do — and it truly shows. Everything is thoughtfully considered, right down to the smallest details. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and welcoming, making the whole experience even more special. A truly heartfelt recommendation. We’ll definitely be back as soon as possible!

Visiting my friend William!! 09/2026 After the 2022 Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Morgeot organic wine from Philippe Bouzerau... Today it was the 2023 white... A delight! Bistro evening, including the egg mayonnaise! Thank you, Chef. A very good summer lunch at William's!! Gazpacho, Ceviche, Carpaccio, Veal rump... Delicious. A wine list that's constantly evolving... A 2023 Chablis Domaine from William Fèvre and a 2022 Chassagne-Montrachet Rouge 1er Cru Morgeot (organic) from Philippe Bouzerau... Sublime! You must pay William a visit.

05/10/2026: This restaurant has become a must-visit, and it's saving what we've lost in the area over the past few years... First of all, unlike many others, there are no "extra charges" for any particular dish, so no misleading advertising... The difference between the set menu and the à la carte options is well-balanced, which is really appreciated! We ordered the appetizer platter and then the Tournedos Rossini à la carte at a reasonable price! We highly recommend it, well done, and see you very soon! 😇 Rémi and Magali

24/09/2026: A lovely discovery on a Thursday evening. The service is discreet and very pleasant. The dishes are homemade and served by the chef. I recommend the authentic Troyes andouillette sausage with Chaource sauce and the conchiglie pasta with truffles. I will definitely return.

11/09/2026: The restaurant looks unassuming from the outside at first glance, but the food is top-notch – both visually and in terms of taste. The service is also very friendly. Highly recommended.
