03/08/2026: Pastis is one of those restaurants where you arrive with high expectations, and you quickly understand why. The service is perfectly honed, the cuisine is technically accomplished, elegant, and showcases the ingredients without being flashy. We opted for the €83 tasting menu. The value for money seemed reasonable, and the dessert was, in my opinion, the highlight of the meal. However, I missed that special dish that immediately makes you want to return. Special mention goes to the wine cellar, which is particularly extensive, although a few more recommendations to complement the wine selection would have been appreciated. I also felt that the bread sometimes took up a bit too much space as the meal progressed. In the end, an elegant, expertly prepared experience, brimming with skill. It simply lacked that little something extra that transforms a very good meal into a truly memorable experience.

13/08/2026: I came with my family and we ordered the set menu, but the menu is misleading and doesn't clearly state which dishes are included. As a result, they charged us for all the dishes separately, disregarding the set menu price. Not to mention the two hours we waited to be served in the sweltering heat. I wouldn't return or recommend it.

25/07/2026: The hotel was under a different name so I initially got lost. Once I entered the interior was very vintage and cosy. The service from the front desk was nice and the room was clean and comfortable but some may find it small. The location is extremely central to most locations. I would definitely recommend this place.

11/07/2026: Wouldn’t choose this hotel again, not a terrible experience but equally not a good one. Walls are incredibly thin to the point we could hear the couple next door throughout the night, very uncomfortable stay and kept being woken up. Also rooms are incredibly small, we ended up moving rooms and the larger room was also very very small. Also don’t bother upgrading for the balcony upgrade if you are placed on one of the higher floors as you are so far above the nice house line, waste of 50 euros per night! You have to pay for all add-ons, where most hotels give complementary gifts (like a cake) around celebrations. We were given a branded tote bag to celebrate a 30th birthday. The Bed was comfy, bathroom nicely decorated and its located in a nice arrondissement but these were the main benefits, plus the staff were very nice. The let downs were all structural as we were disappointed in the actual hotel, rooms, walls, balcony etc.
