19/02/2026: I'm rediscovering this restaurant after several months. Bravo for the flavors! Flawless in the pairings. Fresh and flavorful cuisine with fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. A chef who not only knows how to work but is also welcoming and attentive to your well-being. I've been coming to Aigues-Mortes for a long time, and many restaurants change chefs or close down... Alas! For me, this is number one in Aigues-Mortes proper.

28/02/2026: The four of us had lunch at L’Oignon and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The dishes were excellent—especially the braised ham hock, which was incredibly tender with a rich, delicious sauce. The carpaccio was also fresh and beautifully presented. To drink, we had Crémant and red wine, both of which were very good. The service was quick, friendly, and reliable. The restaurant is a bit small, but that also makes it very cozy and charming. Highly recommended—we'll definitely be back!

01/03/2026: Towa restaurant was a wonderful discovery. We received a very warm and friendly welcome. The service was attentive but not intrusive, making us feel completely at ease. As for the food, the dishes were beautiful and elegant, refined, with unexpected and delicious flavor combinations. In conclusion, Towa is an address you absolutely must try, offering bold, surprising, and delicious cuisine.

From the melt-in-your-mouth ribeye steak to the raclette burger where you rediscover the true taste of raclette cheese, and the fresh fish, everything was perfect! The staff was very friendly! The welcome was top-notch, honestly, nothing to complain about: smiling, helpful, and attentive. We're almost at the end of the winter season, and they're incredibly friendly, which is really appreciated. The food was excellent, the ingredients were well-chosen, truly fantastic, and the homemade desserts were delicious. The experience was amazing: a nighttime walk through the forest, toasting popcorn over a wood fire, and walking back to the car by torchlight. Honestly, fantastic. In short, the experience was amazing, the hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, smiling, and attentive, the decor was super cozy, and the gentle warmth of a wood fire filled the entire restaurant. In short, we loved it. 😊
