10/09/2024: Après 2 excellents repas tests au Grand Arbre, nous avons décidé d'y organiser notre repas de mariage (25 personnes). Nous avons été extrêmement bien accompagnés par Mme Gounel et ses équipes (espaces mis à disposition, élaboration du menu, boissons, tarifs, éléments que nous pouvions ramener...). Tout correspondait à nos attentes ! Le jour J, nous avons pris un copieux apéritif sur une des terrasses extérieures (à l'écart des autres clients du restaurant). Dès le départ, nos invités se sont régalés avec les différentes bouchées proposées (accras, poulpe, saumon, foie gras, magret, pois chiches, courgettes...). Nous avons ensuite été installés dans la magnifique salle de restaurant (dans laquelle nous avions pu préalablement installer des compositions florales sur les tables, marques places, dragées...). Menu au choix du chef + vin: entrée (foie gras), poisson (loup), viande (veau), pièce montée revisitée. Aucune fausse note: tout était excellent ! Le service était impeccable (présent quand il le fallait et efficace). Encore merci pour votre accueil et à bientôt : nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

Every time we are in Cannes, we come to enjoy this little gem, which, unlike many places in Cannes, has decided to focus on quality rather than tourists. Well done to the whole team and thank you very much for all your work. It’s been a pleasure to come and enjoy yourselves at your place for two years!

14/09/2024: Fake Italian restaurant where there is little Italian. Some dishes are good, some are not so good. Terrible seafood fettuccine...spaghetti with clams and good fillet. Nice environment and professional staff.

19/01/2025: With all the good notes the expectation was high. But the result is disappointing. First of all, the welcome is not very warm, you are asked for your name before even saying good evening and welcome. Then once seated, between the menu for an aperitif and the arrival of the starter, it's still an interminable 45 minutes (especially since the starter was a slice of foie gras, so not very long to prepare) . This liver looked more like a liver mousse, certainly enhanced with some interesting additions. The bread is brought 2 slices by 2 slices, so you have to keep asking for more. The dish then arrives a good fifteen minutes later. I admit that it’s very good, that’s really the best part of the dinner. Finally comes the dessert, totally interesting, the taste is flat, nothing stands out, it's bland. In summary, we paid a total of €120 for 2 (with 3 glasses of wine) to spend almost 2:30 at the table. It must be the “trendy” spot in Dijon… but in my opinion it’s very overrated. We really need to rethink the rhythm of dinner! and the empathy of the waitresses!

13/12/2024: I came following the very favorable reviews on the local Google page. Friendly welcome and efficient service. In hindsight, I should definitely have had an a la carte meal, because the dish of the day was average (Ginger pork and rice). Satisfactory, but nothing more. And I found the price a little high for a single dish. For this price, you can't get enough with a full menu elsewhere. So, one more experience, but I won't repeat it.

11/12/2024: Surprised by the wonderful experience and food! Best Bobun I’ve had in France! If I lived in Arles, this place would see my face often! I even spoke Thai to one of the chefs… very authentic Asian food! Bravo! Merci beaucoup!

21/09/2024: Petit restaurant très sympathique, accueil excellent, nourriture simple bonne et de qualité. Le décor mérite le coup d oeilsurtout pour la jeune génération. Réservation obligatoire, peu de places. Ne pas hésiter.

12/09/2024: Zu Mittag aßen wir in der im Gault-Millau erwähnten Auberge du Val au Cesne in Croix-Mare bei Yvetôt. In dem gemütlichen Gastraum des Restaurants im Landhausstil ließ es sich vorzüglich speisen. Ganz hervorragend waren die Foie Gras mit einem feinherben Chablis, das Filet de Boeuf und die Kalbsnieren. Der Service war ausgesucht, schwächelte aber etwas beim Nachfüllen eines gebrauchten Weinglases (Weißwein) mit einem anderen Wein (Rotwein).
