04/06/2026: We dined at the restaurant one evening; the food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the price very reasonable. They also have a very nice wine list, which is available for purchase.

30/05/2026: The set menu (€20 for a starter, main course, and dessert) offered excellent value for money. The dishes were delicious and well-prepared; the ribeye steak was flavorful and tender. The service was friendly and attentive. We highly recommend it!

25/05/2026: Wonderful memories of our week-long stay at La Buffe during the February school holidays. The hotel is very well located, close to the village center, cross-country ski trails, the shuttle to the downhill ski slopes, and hiking trails (for the summer). Breakfast and dinner (half-board) are very good, quite generous, and with a real effort to use local products (including a wine list featuring some delightful surprises from the Isère region). Finally, the service is always efficient and friendly. In short, a very good stay in Autrans!

09/05/2026: A unique opportunity to get fried California rolls! Everything else is great, whether you eat in or take away; they even offer a small aperitif, which is a nice touch.

08/07/2026: Delicious food and very friendly service. Prices are quite reasonable. It's a shame it's not always open in the evenings. But every beginning is difficult. They've clearly put a lot of effort into making the place nice, but they probably still lack the funds to give the small restaurant a truly cozy atmosphere. With a little more time, this place will surely become a hidden gem.

08/07/2026: Nice place and reasonable prices. No complaints for a quick lunch break, but nothing exceptional that would make me want to come back for a special occasion. However, I never received my beer after asking for it several times.

07/06/2026: The tarte flambée was good, but the rosé wine by the carafe was overpriced (€28 for a quarter bottle). Following our feedback, the restaurant owner reacted very quickly, and it turned out to be a mistake, which was corrected immediately. Thank you for your prompt response. Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority!

20/05/2026: A truly delicious restaurant. Excellent local dishes, generous portions. The morel mushroom tart alone is worth the trip to Métabief. The service was very friendly and efficient.

16/05/2026: A very pleasant place, with a suggestive name, serving scallops of St. Jacques in 4 pieces, each with its own seasoning, delicate and flavorful cod, and a tasty, perfectly cooked medallion. Short wine list. Attentive but noisy service.

09/05/2026: First and last experience. One Saturday evening, some dishes were missing from the menu. The dessert was tasteless. But more seriously, one of the diners got sick after eating dauphinoise potatoes that tasted like expired cream. The waiter refused to listen. And to top it all off, there was a mistake with the bill.
