15/09/2026: A very good restaurant where you can find local specialties as well as Asian cuisine. We were seated and served quickly; the terrace is magnificent, right on the riverbank. We left with full stomachs.

02/10/2026: Two days of conferences, with a packed schedule – including presentations, breaks, and lunch. For the size of the event, the venue was truly wonderful: neither too big nor too small. The pastries to nibble on during the breaks were good to very good, the coffee was also good (often a problem at events), and everything worked perfectly from a technical standpoint (from my perspective as a conference attendee). I also really enjoyed lunch: the slightly adventurous starter, followed by a more classic main course and dessert. The staff service was perfect – although there was a slight delay in the coffee breaks at the beginning of the second day, if I had to find anything to complain about. I would be happy if I had the opportunity to return for another conference in the future – which won't be easy, given that I live far away. If the venue maintains the level of service and quality we experienced at this event, I can only recommend it for conferences.

24/09/2026: The secret to this restaurant? Portions so small you wonder if you ordered the baby food menu. 😂 €60 for two, six plates… and we left still hungry. At least there's no risk of overeating!

The welcome is simple, sincere, and warm, in a charming setting with a truly pleasant atmosphere. As for the food, it's a real treat! Cooking over a wood fire gives it an incomparable flavor, and the quality of the ingredients shines through in every dish. All this at a truly excellent price, which makes the experience even more enjoyable! This is a place that definitely deserves to be discovered and remembered. 17/10/2026: Oh dear, they must have forgotten our reservation because they didn't have it... so they hastily set a table in the dim light. Not great. The restaurant area is incredibly noisy, it's hard to hear yourself think. Otherwise, the food is quite good.

17/09/2026: First visit to Le Dauphin and certainly not the last! We loved everything, from the food to the service. You immediately feel like you're in a La Ferté-Bernard institution, a place that puts a lot of heart into its dishes. We opted for the daily menu, with two set menus that can be combined as you please: a wonderful freedom, and the plates were refined, generous, and beautifully presented. The service was attentive and friendly from start to finish. And the owner is part of the menu: her warm welcome alone is worth the trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The Château Brillant was cooked to perfection! The accompanying sauce was delicious and expertly crafted, leaving a lovely freshness on the palate. The side dishes were interesting and perfectly seasoned. The welcome was excellent, with attentive service. Well done to the team!
