31/10/2026: A magnificent restaurant with impeccable service. All the waiters and waitresses are absolutely top-notch, attentive from beginning to end. The cocktails made by the bartender are unique and extremely good, and the dishes are exceptional. The cooking, the flavors—nothing to criticize. The same goes for the presentation. It's truly an extraordinary restaurant; every time we visit, we are never disappointed, whether it's the setting, the ambiance, the service, or the food. I recommend this restaurant 200 percent; it's worthy of a 5-star rating. Absolutely top-notch! Bravo! Thank you so much!

14/09/2026: Mini golf ⛳️ is simply fantastic! There are two courses, one easier than the other, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. We come several times during our holidays and always have a wonderful time! Thank you to the friendly staff who gave us great advice for having fun as a family 🙏

11/09/2026: Remember to bring mosquito repellent; we almost stopped because of it, but the very friendly staff left some for us – thank you again! We were a bit short on time, so we didn't have time to do everything, but the mini-golf course is generally very nice, the setting is really great, the quality of the courses varies from hole to hole, sometimes it's a bit inconsistent, which is frustrating, but it's a minor detail.

28/08/2026: Excellent experience. The waitress was smiling, discreet, yet efficient. The cuisine was generous and flavorful, with a choice between rustic and more refined dishes. We ordered tuna tartare, Italian tartare, and penne with lemon, parmesan, and zucchini. All three dishes were simply stunning: perfectly seasoned, expertly cut, and with more than generous portions. The view from the terrace is also a plus. Don't hesitate!

22/10/2026: Perfect! Our third visit to this restaurant. This time there were four of us! We ordered and enjoyed four pizzas. We'll gladly return.

20/10/2026: A very pleasant dinner shared with a friend. We chose the main course + dessert option from the PRIMO menu for under €13 + a €3 drink. We enjoyed our meal: pizza bolognese and linguine ice cream and cream puffs drinks: Granini fruit juice and a glass of rosé. These dishes were really good. The portions were perfect. I would even say that I was pleasantly surprised by the ice cream. For the past few years, in restaurants I've been to, I've often complained about the small size of the scoops we were given—about the size of a ping-pong ball, in short, enough for a 3-year-old. Well, at Del Arte, they were "normal" scoops, and very good ones at that. We also really appreciated the staff, especially the waiters. They were both kind and professional. I want to emphasize that special attention had been paid to the Halloween decorations: present without being overwhelming or stifling. I had never been to this pizzeria (or this chain in general), but it will certainly be a regular spot for good food without breaking the bank. One last thing... We had a reservation. I highly recommend making a reservation, as I'm not sure we would have been able to get a table quickly without one, given how busy it was that Saturday night. Thank you, and see you next time! 😊🌸

08/10/2026: Excellent bakery, with delicious products and beautiful presentation. The window display is also very appealing and makes you want to try everything. A great find in Sillery!

16/09/2026: The bakery and tea room is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and pleasant, with very friendly staff. However, there are some major drawbacks: - The quality of the products is very stale (both visually and in terms of taste). The filling in the pâté en croûte was dried out and very bland, as was the tiramisu, which was very dry, also bland, and too sweet (it would benefit from being slightly less sweet and replacing the coffee "syrup" at the bottom with real coffee that properly soaks the sponge). The sandwiches, burgers, and other pastries were frankly unappealing. It's clear from the display case that everything lacks freshness, and upon tasting, the quality of the ingredients is definitely lacking. - The prices are excessively high for what you get. You get the impression you're paying for the decor more than anything else. However, thank you to the saleswomen for their friendliness and for keeping the place clean.

12/10/2026: A regrettable welcome and an unacceptable lack of respect Our experience at this establishment was particularly disappointing, not because of the menu selection, but primarily because of the waitress's attitude. As 66-year-olds, we had difficulty reading the menu on the tablet. We therefore simply asked for a paper menu, a perfectly reasonable request so we could view the dishes properly. In response, the waitress took the tablet from our hands. This inappropriate gesture struck us as particularly disrespectful given the simplicity of our request. To justify this approach, she explained that her boss was 65 years old and that he was the one who came up with the tablet menu. This argument left us perplexed: how does the boss's age justify a lack of consideration for the difficulties encountered by some customers? At 66 years old, are we supposed to assume we're incapable of using a tablet and accept being treated this way when we simply ask for an alternative? The problem isn't the technology, but rather the way our request was received. A little courtesy, understanding, and respect would have been more than enough to avoid this incident. A restaurant has a duty to welcome all its customers with the same consideration, regardless of their age or comfort level with digital tools. A simple request for a paper menu should never elicit such behavior. We deeply regret this experience, which leaves a very negative impression of this establishment's hospitality and customer service. Respect for the customer is not optional, and a restaurant's modernity cannot justify a basic lack of courtesy. We do not wish to repeat this experience and hope that this establishment will make the quality of its service and respect for its customers its top priorities.

11/10/2026: Passing through the area, we booked a table on the road. The welcome and service were very pleasant and friendly. We opted for the €23.50 set menu (aligo sausage cooked over a wood fire and flaune). We also ordered a cheese plate for €11 (for 4 small pieces), which we found excessive. Having eaten in restaurants regularly, this is the first time we've paid so much for cheese. However, we recommend this place.

26/09/2026: An attractive menu, an idyllic setting, welcoming and warm service, a superb meal with a perfect wait (neither too long nor too short), in short, a delicious meal with a view of Sardinia at a very reasonable price for the quality offered. My sweetheart and I highly recommend it!!

24/10/2026: Very fresh ingredients and a welcoming staff. The tapas were all great and we probably should have ordered 4 between 2 instead of 5. But we powered through the meal because the food was so good. Special shout out to someone working Little Charlotte, who turned disappointment into an Amazing meal by pointed us to their sister restaurant Dame Charlotte.

11/10/2026: We got married at Dame Charlotte! It's truly the warmest venue in the 9th arrondissement! The decor made us feel right at home, and Oulache was incredibly welcoming. All our guests were delighted. I highly recommend it.
