30/08/2026: Fantastic meal! We really appreciated the impeccable and very pleasant service. I loved the salad starter; the meat was cooked perfectly and the presentation of the main course was also very well done. The dessert selection from the display case was great, allowing you to choose exactly what you wanted. The pastry selection was varied and truly delightful. The staff is also incredibly friendly, which is worth noting. Highly recommended!

24/08/2026: I had a "Villa Rose" non-alcoholic cocktail there, it was delicious! 🍸 The staff is welcoming and the decor is original; it's a real immersion in an enchanting world! Special mention for the restrooms where the birds sing—you feel like you're in a forest 🌳 I wish I had discovered this café before I left!

10/08/2026: Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport, Terminal F. The cashier took my payment without a greeting, and as soon as my card was swiped, I looked up, but she had disappeared into the back room without asking if I wanted my receipt or even a thank you or goodbye. As for the sandwiches, the quality was lacking, as was the amount of filling; for example, the one with dry-cured ham. Considering the price, it's a shame.

24/07/2026: Hello I arrived with my sons. The Asian vendor ignored us twice because he cut in front of two other customers. We wondered if he was racist. I would say yes. He needs to be punished because we're not the first to experience this. I see another comment; the person had the same problem as us. His two colleagues were very busy with just one or two coffees, so it was crowded. As a result, we left with our luggage to find another bakery.

31/08/2026: A very pleasant place for lunch or dinner, helpful staff and a very warm welcome. The food is very good with plenty of choice and unlimited! The price is worth it and very well located considering the competition 👍 Highly recommended!!!

01/06/2026: At the restaurant on Christmas Day 2024. The place was magnificent, the welcome and service very good, the meal (Christmas menu that day) was good, except that it was served almost cold, due to the distance between the kitchen and the restaurant from the outside. Otherwise, really good. I recommend the Cap Béar white wine, truly excellent!!! Regarding the problem with the outdoor service, it would be easy to install a removable, protected corridor from the kitchen to the dining room in winter, which would facilitate and improve service, and also provide shelter on bad weather days. Otherwise, everything was great!!! We'll definitely be back again in spring, summer, or autumn; we're not far away!!! I just received your reply today... regarding protecting the dishes from the cold, it would be enough to cover them... something to consider if there are no other solutions.

01/06/2026: This was a dinner at the beach while enjoying the vineyards right behind you. We had both fish and meat and they were both exquisite. The service was fast and attentive even though the restaurant was full. We loved it and would go again when visiting next time. Highly recommend.

13/06/2026: Couscous restaurants have almost all become mediocre, with poor-quality meat and broth that's almost always too greasy. Le Cercle is an exception. A delight: quality and freshness! An exception not only in Auxerre and the Yonne region, but also nationally. For example, despite my extensive experience, I couldn't name a single North African restaurant in Paris or the Île-de-France region in general that's as good as Le Cercle. Warm welcome and fast service to boot. Bravo!

17/05/2026: We were spending the weekend in Auxerre and stumbled upon this great place. We thoroughly enjoyed the merguez couscous, and the staff's friendliness was a real bonus. We highly recommend it!

21/08/2026: My son and I had lunch there yesterday. The waiter came to us promptly to ask us to wait. We didn't have to wait too long. We ordered the set menu with salmon fillet, zucchini, and local tomatoes, which was absolutely delicious. The rice pudding with salted caramel was a real treat, and my son also enjoyed the speculoos tiramisu. Kudos to the professional team from start to finish. I highly recommend this establishment, which showcases excellent local produce. Keep up the good work!

23/08/2026: We went there on Saturday at lunchtime and had a wonderful meal. The set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) for €36 was excellent value for money, and the atmosphere and service were pleasant. We then strolled through the center of Auxerre. A very nice Saturday.
