23/04/2026: We were passing through on holiday and stopped by to try it out, and we have nothing to complain about: homemade fries, generous portions, and the perfect taste!!

13/04/2026: We loved it 3 years ago. We returned to the area and went back to Le Baron Gourmand. We found that the prices of alcohol had skyrocketed. What a shame.

05/04/2026: Authentic restaurant in a beautiful rural setting. A warm welcome and excellent service on the terrace! Generous and delicious menus. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal on Easter Sunday. The dishes were beautifully presented. What more can I say? Everything was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

01/04/2026: Superb setting. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing; the dish was poorly reheated, hot on one side and cold on the other. The Jacquère wine by the glass was flavorless and shouldn't be on the menu. No amuse-bouche was served.

03/04/2026: A timeless experience. I came for my partner's 30th birthday, and it's a memory that will last a lifetime. Let's start with the staff. The front-of-house team is fabulous. Attentive, always a joke, an informative anecdote, impeccable service. Thank you all, sincerely. As for the food, it was a revelation. Each dish is incredibly delicate. It's beautiful, it's delicious, VERY DELICIOUS, and it's surprising. Each dish reveals a surprise; a simple salad can become a fabulous meal. Nothing is announced in advance, but everything stays with you. So for all of that, thank you.

02/04/2026: Domaine 1838 is a very welcoming venue where we held a business event last March. The location is excellent, the interior is beautifully decorated, and it boasts a very large terrace. The staff are helpful and very friendly. Don't hesitate to book if you're looking for a venue south of Lyon!

17/04/2026: Superb hotel right on the seafront. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. The breakfast room has a splendid sea view. I would just say that they should have more tables for two people, as often the tables for four are occupied by two people, resulting in a bit of a wait to be seated. There is no parking provided for the hotel, but the reception can recommend nearby streets with free parking. Wishing you a wonderful 2026 season!

27/04/2026: The previous owner was great, the new ones are awful. I asked for a table for two, it was 8:30 pm, impossible, completely full, bizarre, not a soul in sight. Anyway, I came back at 9 pm, nobody there. I dropped my daughter off, came back at 9:30 pm, still nobody. Pathetic. But smoking their cigarettes right in front, there's no problem there...

19/04/2026: We had a wonderful meal at Le 23 once again. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious and the portions were generous. The service was, as always, excellent!

21/04/2026: Fantastic welcome, top-notch service, but above all, the sushi is incredibly delicious and the Chinese dishes are excellent. You can tell everything is homemade. We loved it! 😋😋

21/04/2026: The food was very good and reasonably priced. The waiter was absolutely lovely! He even accepted our dog, Kenzo! Thank you so much! 🥰 The only slight downside was the music, which was much too loud. The decor was a bit lacking, and the menu wasn't easy to understand.

11/04/2026: Quirky atmosphere but good food. Visited this restaurant last night for the first time. We are a family of six and had pizzas and burgers. The pizzas were good, the base was thin and crispy and a nice taste, the toppings were full of flavour. It was the type of pizza that balloons around the edge but it was still good. My wife and son had the burger with chips and they loved it. They said the meat was cooked as requested and tasted great. The chips were also decent, they had a flavour and not some tasteless watery thing. The service is quick and attentive. We only had soft drinks but they had Breizh cola which I like. The decor is quirky, honouring rock, but it isn't too much. The menus are cool. The prices are reasonable, good value for what you get. We will go back there.

22/03/2026: A small restaurant that looks nice at first glance. It's best to book ahead. The tables are quite close together, making conversation difficult, especially if a group thinks they're the only ones in the restaurant. Also, the value for money isn't good. Paying €29 for a "gourmet" menu that didn't live up to expectations—too much dioxin. But there's nothing stopping you from trying it out.
