08/06/2026: Reservation made on Friday for Sunday lunch, no message received, refused because the restaurant was closed due to a technical problem. The least they could have done was let us know. Beware if you book at this restaurant to avoid a similar experience.

05/07/2026: A Fort-Mahon institution! With a sunny terrace, welcoming staff, and a varied surf and turf menu (the mussels and fries specials change seasonally). The only thing to improve: the frozen fries, which seem out of place amidst such quality cuisine.

10/06/2026: Avoid at all costs. We made a reservation for a birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was disastrous. We asked for our food to be cooked well-done. The dish arrived burnt. A major disappointment. We brought our own birthday cake and asked for a proper slice, as we were only served the frosting. The staff's response was incredibly dismissive: "As if we're going to cut it for you..." An inappropriate, arrogant, and completely unacceptable remark for customers celebrating a special occasion. The worst part came when the bill arrived. After two payments, we discovered we had been charged an additional €24. Between the billing errors and the staff's attitude, it's hard to know if it's incompetence or simply a lack of consideration for customers. I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant. Unpleasant service, no attempt to reflect on the situation, no apologies, and an experience that completely ruined a birthday. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. Thankfully, there are many Italian restaurants where customers are treated with more respect. If you don't enjoy serving, listening to customers, or admitting your mistakes, perhaps it's time to change careers.

23/05/2026: Ordered through the app today for pickup. Problem: there's a match on (I'm not into rugby), and it's impossible to get to the restaurant! The streets are blocked off, and obviously, there's no parking available either! In 2026, it might be a good idea for the app to warn you when you order! So I went home without my meal 👏🏼

10/06/2026: The best sweetbreads I've ever tasted!! A perfect meal, deliciously indulgent and generous. An old-fashioned dining room, a fireplace, beautiful tableware, and attentive, smiling service. We loved it.

30/05/2026: While passing through Lion-sur-Mer, we found this little restaurant by the sea where the food is excellent, everything is homemade. The owner and the staff are exceptionally kind. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend this restaurant 🥰

12/04/2026: Overall, we were very satisfied with our visit to Restaurant La Chaudanne in Morzine. The location is fantastic, especially if you're coming straight from the slopes – perfect for a relaxing break. The food was high quality, freshly prepared, and delicious. The regional specialties are particularly recommended. The portions were also generous. The service was friendly and attentive, although at times a little stressed due to the high volume of customers – which is understandable given the location. A bit more attention and speed would have been the icing on the cake. The ambiance is cozy and suits the alpine setting, but could be a bit more modern in some areas. All in all, a very solid restaurant with good food and a great location – we'll definitely be back!

09/04/2026: The best fondue we've ever had, by far, with excellent service. However, the vegetarian/vegan tart, which looked very promising, wasn't well made; the vegetarian in our group was very disappointed. The dish could easily have been better executed. The rest of us were very satisfied with our meals.

20/06/2026: Today we texted Marly Go, a restaurant we already knew, but this time with the new team. Nothing to complain about, still as perfect and delicious as ever – a place we'll definitely keep coming back to.

13/06/2026: The staff are smiling and extremely friendly. We had lunch there; it was very good. The kidneys were excellent, and regarding the children's menu, the nuggets are homemade, which is worth mentioning.

01/11/2025: Today, it is with great sadness that I learned our favorite pizzeria in Veigné-Allée is closing in a month 😢, after ordering two pizzas: a Neapolitan and a Lunatic. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to the pizza chef who has never compromised on quality, using fresh, carefully selected ingredients and earning the appreciation of his customers through hard work. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough. THANK YOU 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Another big thank you for the excellent preparation of the "Mediterranean" and "Bollywood" pizzas, with, as always, a very warm, friendly, and pleasant welcome and excellent customer service. Thank you for everything, as everything was delicious and flavorful, accompanied by a good wine 😉. August 24, 2024. I wanted to add, to introduce myself: My special thanks again to the owner, who is a very professional person, attentive to the customer, dedicated, and committed to doing a good job, all while maintaining high quality. We tried the "Neapolitan" and "Texas" pizzas. I must say that we thoroughly enjoyed them, with their perfect balance of flavors 👍👏. A warm welcome and delicious pizzas made with quality ingredients at a reasonable price/quality-to-quantity ratio. I recommend it without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team.
