02/03/2026: I invited my mother to this restaurant for lunch on her 60th birthday in early February, and I absolutely don't regret my choice. The restaurant is just a stone's throw from Notre Dame and is very quiet. The welcome was truly excellent, the service quick and friendly, and the dishes generous and delicious. The prices are also more than reasonable. In short, we were delighted with our lunch at this excellent Indian restaurant, which we highly recommend.

26/05/2026: We stayed in this charming hotel in a very clean and comfortable room, which also boasted a splendid view of the Loire River. Dinner at the restaurant was perfect! The menu showcased local and organic produce, a true expression of the Loire Valley's terroir. The dishes were beautiful and, above all, delicious, with an incredible balance of flavors. To complement them, the wine list was also very local, featuring vibrant wines that perfectly reflected the chef's cuisine. A fully realized and consistent identity. A big thank you to Vanessa and Hendrik for their warm welcome!

10/09/2026: What an experience!! The food was excellent, the staff very welcoming; we were transported to the islands for the duration of our meal, and it was wonderful!! We especially loved the cocktails and the infused rum. A superb experience; we will definitely be back!!
