22/09/2024: Nice establishment for a stopover. Friendly and very professional staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately we weren't able to try the restaurant because we hadn't booked, but no worries, there's what you need nearby. The garden where we spent a good time is very pleasant.

During our hike on the pretty paths around Salvezinet, we discovered the Auberge de la Valette, where we stopped to quench our thirst. We were welcomed very warmly. The person showed us around the place (restaurant, bar, and the terrace which is ready to stop for a while). So, we also had some homemade pastries.
As luck would have it, we can't wait to go back and eat there again.
It makes you want.

06/09/2024: Such an amazing restaurant!!! The right pick when in a tourist area. Restaurant homemade ravioli were amazing with full shrimp. The lamb soft and tender. My husband almost licked his entire plate and took the bone with him. The risotto with mushrooms amazing!!! Dessert an amazing treat not sweet and perfect hot and cold pairing the fruits cooked to perfection. Best meal we have had in a long time!!! Thank you!!!!

Especially since the prices are not crazy given the service, looking forward to coming back here as much for this really adorable boss as for his delicious cuisine!

23/09/2024: While passing through Praz-sur-Arly, we made the wonderful discovery of this mountain restaurant, where we had a truly excellent evening.
The welcome is warm, the cuisine is gourmet, delicious and well mastered (the extraordinary fondue) and the service is very pleasant and efficient.
We had a great meeting of 2 passionate professionals with whom we had a wonderful time and who welcomed us very well and treated us from starter to dessert.

16/09/2024: I drank an excellent Costa Rica there today which must be called "Heart of Jesus" or something like that, in espresso. €6 a cup is a lot, but not that much considering the quality of this absolutely exceptional coffee. Very friendly welcome, few places to sit in this pretty shop, but the atmosphere is very calm.
