07/05/2026: The website says that it has karaoke every Wednesday night. we stopped by at 16:30 last night (Wednesday) to confirm and a very nice young woman told us that is would begin at 18:00. She took down our name for a 19:30 reservation. when we arrived back, the inside of the place was completely empty. When I asked about the karaoke I was told that it would not start until after the big football (soccer) game was over. We decided to stay for dinner anyway and ate outside. When we left at 21:00 the game had not even begun. We were extremely disappointed as we had built our plans around the event which had been confirmed to us only 1.5 hours earlier. That aside, the woman who waited on us was very kind and the food was good and reasonably priced. I ordered vegetables as a side to my pork chop and they were exceptionally fresh and perfectly cooked; peas, carrots, cauliflower etc.

05/05/2026: We walked there from the Ibis Hotel and the station, a 10-15 minute walk. We had two salads, which were very good, rich and plentiful with ingredients. A nice place, with friendly and fast staff. I recommend it.

03/11/2025: Honestly, this little pizzeria is really great, and their pizzas are just wonderfully good. Anyway, if you're ever in Gien, stop by because they don't just make pizzas; they also serve salads, burgers (I haven't tried them yet, they're not really my thing), and especially crepes. In short, I highly recommend it because, apart from kebabs and other fast food, there are some real gems for the same price.

04/04/2026: A wonderful discovery at this crêperie! Excellent buckwheat galettes with generous fillings, and the option to create your own. Pleasant service, and they offer a super fresh set menu for workers at only €16. Thank you!

21/03/2026: We had a lovely family meal at Ar Vadelen. Fresh ingredients, delicious crepes (at reasonable prices). Special mention for the cider and the perfect welcome. Having them on the terrace in the summer must be a real bonus!

06/03/2026: A very warm welcome. I ordered an M8 for two people and was extremely satisfied. The product was very fresh, and the amount of vinegar in the sushi rice was just right. The skewers were excellent.

07/04/2026: A truly fantastic find for Valentine's Day! The welcome was incredibly warm, with such lovely, friendly people! The food was excellent; the portions were amazing and absolutely delicious! Plus, you leave feeling completely satisfied! 😁 The prices are really great, I highly recommend it!

28/03/2026: Superb experience. Better than some 3-star hotels. Roller shutters ensure a completely dark room. Separate toilet and bathroom. A door separates the entrance to the room/bathroom/toilet from the bedroom area. A spacious room. A balcony with two chairs. The ski lockers are excellent. The room is heated, so you don't have to put your feet in freezing boots. Breakfast features many locally sourced or homemade products, all organic and delicious. The selection changes daily. There's no kettle or coffee machine in the room, but you can use the breakfast room all day for tea, coffee, water, and any leftover cakes and pastries. The staff is fantastic, welcoming, and helpful. If they're available, they can sometimes make arrangements for the ski locker or garage. We slept very well; the bedding and pillows were excellent. The hotel is in the same area as Jandri. You just have to cross the street and the square to get to the main lift. However, I don't think there's an elevator. We were on the ground floor, so I might not have noticed. It might not be the most accessible hotel for people with disabilities; it's best to check beforehand. And the orange juice... I'm not sure it was freshly squeezed, but hey, when that's all you have to complain about 😂

09/04/2026: A real gem! You'd think you were instantly transported to Ireland 🇮🇪: authentic decor, fantastic atmosphere, and above all… a perfectly poured Guinness, a real treat! 🍺 The kind of place you go to once and you'll definitely be back. A must-try with friends!

19/08/2025: After a morning bike ride, we had lunch here. It was a real comfort to be welcomed so warmly. A setting unique to northern French restaurants. Authentic and tasty menus. It was difficult to choose from the owner's suggestions. Leaving was heartbreaking, we felt so comfortable. Thank you to the cooks for these dishes of impeccable quality. We will be back, rest assured.

06/10/2025: Stopped by for a quick bite, but I was amazed by the quality of the dishes. The owner was very kind and took the time to explain each item on the menu, even though I couldn’t understand the French.
