08/05/2026: Passing through Vichy, I found a very good restaurant. The dishes were beautiful, featuring Alsatian specialties, and the atmosphere was very welcoming, all at a very reasonable price. Thank you very much.

From the moment you walk in, you feel the authenticity, you hear the authenticity, you see the authenticity… Water ticks? No! Not NATO ticks, either! Authentic, the REAL! The PURE! The TOUGH! The one from back home! Back home? Yes, the one from the place where you're not necessarily accepted immediately, not the first time, but where you feel comfortable quite quickly. Where you want to sit down, chat a bit, then stay a while. And then come back. Often.

03/04/2026: The pizzas are excellent. They're truly wood-fired. The pizza maker, kind and welcoming, lights the oven and adds logs to heat it manually. The ingredients are high quality. It's a real shame it's not more popular. I go back regularly. I especially love the four-cheese pizza. A great spot for a neighborhood pizza.

10/03/2026: I went there with a friend last night, it was delicious! 🤤 I've rarely eaten such a good wood-fired pizza. The owner is super friendly and the restaurant is spotless! And the size of the pizzas is unbelievable!

14/03/2026: A truly wonderful surprise and a fantastic find in Castres! 🤩🤪 A real treat: exquisite, melt-in-your-mouth meat accompanied by delicious fries, perfectly cooked vegetables, and flavorful sauces... all homemade and brilliantly prepared 👍 and a special mention for the very friendly and competent staff 👌 Finishing with a perfectly balanced Irish coffee... it was so good!

10/05/2026: Beautiful Brussels restaurant in a great location. Besides the usual offerings, they also have genuine local specialties on the menu. For example, andouillette in pepper sauce. Very tasty, but not for people who don't like offal.

03/04/2026: Traditional French ski resort restaurant. High end with delicious food. The starter of apple and black pudding was Devine. Our waitress was not the friendliest and spoilt it a bit but overall we had a lovely enjoyable meal.
