16/10/2026: An amazing experience, right in front of the kitchen, with the dishes and drinks (for the wine pairing) being discovered during the tasting. It was also a real pleasure to watch the kitchen and service staff working in such a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. The interaction with the service staff was warm and friendly, with genuine culinary exchanges throughout the meal. The presentation of the dishes was exquisite and original. A true delight, with some surprising flavor combinations! In short, time flew by, and we have wonderful memories of this evening. Thank you to the whole team!

It's by far the best fine dining experience I've ever had, with top-notch service and a truly brilliant concept. Everything was perfect! Thank you and congratulations to the team. You have to go and experience it at least once to understand. I recommend booking the immersive table, which makes the experience even more amazing!

25/07/2026: We first discovered FIEF through Antoni’s food and travel documentary, so we made a reservation for the chef’s counter two weeks in advance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The chef seemed more serious than he appeared on the show, but it was fascinating to watch the team at work. The food was good, with the vegetable tartare being our favorite dish of the evening. The red mullet was a little firmer than we expected, and the Marseille fish soup sauce was slightly too salty for our taste. The bread, however, was absolutely superb. We tried both the non-alcoholic and wine pairings. The non-alcoholic pairing was decent but not particularly memorable, so we wouldn’t recommend it. The wine pairing, on the other hand, complemented the meal very well and was well worth trying. One fun observation: we noticed the chefs occasionally trimming small pieces of meat and placing them into a separate container. It made us curious whether those trimmings were simply discarded or later used for another purpose.

25/07/2026: The food was very good and the service impeccable 👍 We ordered an omnivore menu and a vegetarian menu. I almost regretted my omnivore order because the vegetarian dishes looked so amazing!

26/09/2026: My family and I have been coming here for nine years. Impeccable quality, best value for money. I haven't lived in Nancy for several years, but when the opportunity arises to visit, we know where to eat. I recommend it without hesitation.

26/09/2026: For €5, the set menu (pizza + drink + tiramisu) is good, and the owner is accommodating with special requests. I've already recommended it and I'll definitely recommend it again. Updating my review: nothing has changed in several years (it's just perfect!). Only the price has changed (€6.90), which is normal given inflation, and it's actually very little compared to other places.

17/09/2026: While in Strasbourg on a business trip, I enjoyed an excellent dinner at this restaurant. A small, seasonal menu featuring "revisited classics" ensures there's something for everyone. Special mention goes to the crème brûlée!

20/05/2026: We went to La Rocha one weekday evening in the pouring Marseille rain. We were the only ones in the restaurant, but we had a wonderful time. The cuisine was high-quality oriental, featuring mezze. A member of the staff prepared the stuffed grape leaves by hand right in front of us. The portions were generous, and the price was more than reasonable for a restaurant at the start of the Corniche. The owner was very friendly. We'll definitely be back.
