15/12/2024: While passing through Chartres for the weekend, we had lunch at Kyotori. The best Japanese restaurant in which I have been able to eat for my part😃, I greatly appreciated their dishes which I already knew but which I found delicious from the soup to the skewers through the makis, sushi etc... Moreover, despite a late arrival at 1:30 p.m. = perfect welcome, pleasant and smiling waiter. We highly recommend this place.

19/08/2024: We booked one evening for two people, the welcome was very good. The food is excellent, you can feel the quality of the products (burrata) and the work of the dishes (starter + snacked tuna and ocean salad). We had a pleasant time, except for one BIG detail. We arrived at 8:15 p.m. and were served quickly with regards to starters and drinks. Then, we waited for our dish until 9:50 p.m., more than 1 hour and 20 minutes after the end of our starter (we had ordered everything at the same time). Most of the customers this evening (a Thursday during the week) had a long wait, but not to that extent. We were disappointed by the staff's reaction when paying the bill: "sorry for the wait". Clearer explanations, a little more concern or a commercial gesture would have been appreciated. The cook was alone, so there may be a delay, but the least we can do is warn the customer in advance that there will be significant delays. Help can be provided in the kitchen by the team if the cook is not coping but doing nothing is not professional... Despite everything, we had a pleasant time, we were offered blankets (as the night was getting cold). We will come back, hoping this time not to be forgotten or not to wait more than 1 hour 20 minutes at the risk of losing customers...

18/08/2024: Nice place in Fronsac . By the road , but terrace at the back . Food freshly prepared . Starters / desserts €8/10 , mains €16/19 , plat du jour €24 . Service was prompt and friendly . I would recommend.

19/09/2024: Nous étions 6 amis a venir diner à ce restaurant et nous avons tous été enchantés par nos plats qui étaient tous différents! Je ne laisse jamais d'avis d’ordinaire mais là cela vaut vraiment le coup de prendre le temps; J'ai été surprise de constater a quel point le plat Vegan proposé était délicieux, très travaillé et réalisé avec beaucoup de soin. Beaucoup de saveurs parfaitement assemblées, une réalisation d'une grande finesse! Bravo. Si vous connaissez la serie tv "The Bear" je pourrais sans problème comparer la qualité des plats servis avec ceux du Venta Gaxuxa. L'endroit est très agréable, la musique choisie est juste parfaite est n'est ni trop forte, ni pas assez. Tout est très propre ainsi que la cuisine (gage de grand professionnalisme pour moi est assez rare). Ah oui.. si vous aimez les Olives faites maison en apéritif, vous ne voudrez plus jamais en gouter d'autres après!! Ce sont les meilleures du monde (non je n'exagère vraiment pas :)) Encore merci pour ce merveilleux moment que nous avons tous adoré, et merci pour votre gentillesse! ✯✯✯ Nathalie

25/11/2024: Quelle découverte extraordinaire ! D'abord sceptique, je me suis laissé tenté par la spécialité au bœuf bourguignon. Allez y les yeux fermés. C'est juste un régal

01/11/2024: Petit resto sympa avec une belle déco rétro qu’on a beaucoup aimé. Accueil souriant. On est venu ici tester les Croburger et vraiment nous n’avons pas été déçu. Le pain/croissant est super bon, bien beurré et se marie super bien avec les différentes garnitures choisies: bœuf bourguignon, œufs ou champignons. Le guacamole est également excellent, une belle texture et épicé comme il faut! On s’est régalés pour un rapport qualité/prix très correct.

29/11/2024: Homemade and very good! The Gault et Millau label is well deserved. On the other hand, very very expensive compared to the quantities on the plates. Nothing below 20€ 30€ is overpriced!! Especially to still be hungry when you go out. Damage

15/11/2024: I had never experienced such Lebanese cuisine before. Arriving at the end of service, the waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and plentiful, I discovered flavors that I had never had the opportunity to explore. In addition to the food, the presentation, dishes and ambiance are very aesthetic. If I lived in the area, I would definitely come back regularly!

20/09/2024: L endroit est toujours aussi impressionnant et apaisant. L'accueil simple et chaleureux. La responsable nous a clairement expliqué quels choix nous pouvions faire et ce qu'il y aurait dans chaque menu choisi, viande ou poisson. Le repas fut délicieux du début jusqu'à la fin. Ce fut un moment très agréable, très bien pris en charge par le personnel et petite fleur... la présence du chef venu nous saluer à la fin de notre déjeuner, prêt à nous écouter. J'ai l'intention d'y retourner avec mes petits enfants. Encore merci à l'équipe de Lucas Carton.

05/09/2024: The beetroot and mullet dishes were overwhelmingly good. The combination of roasted tomatoes, basil sorbet, smoke-flavored cream, and balsamic was also great. I can’t forget the whiskey conch you gave me as finger food! It was a really enjoyable meal. (The pickled pear dessert is also great!)

11/09/2024: Vraiment très très bien, la qualité, la quantité, le service, tout est formidable. Gargolade délicieuse , lapin extra, les desserts aux top. Je recommande Ne pas se fier aux photos du site du restaurant qui ne mettent pas en valeur la salle. Pensez à réserver Nous reviendrons
