06/08/2026: I had a wonderful time at Le Refuge. The welcome was truly friendly and warm; you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The food is delicious, showcasing carefully prepared ingredients and dishes made with attention to detail. A nice bonus: the restaurant is dog-friendly, allowing you to enjoy a good meal without worrying about your four-legged friend. The terrace is also very pleasant, a lovely setting for a relaxing lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this place!

11/08/2026: We went in for the atmosphere and stayed longer because of the great cocktails. The bartender knows his stuff and could even mix something on request that wasn't on the menu. Absolutely fantastic.

30/07/2026: A stunning and exceptionally well-crafted cocktail in a festive setting is delightful. The themed menu is perfectly coordinated. Will you try the Malacoda? With its Roquefort vodka? Not me; I'll leave that to someone more adventurous. I opted for the Scarmiglione, which was a truly refreshing delight, while my friend warmed things up with a Draghignazzo featuring homemade chili syrup and a deliciously spicy, creamy foam.

06/08/2026: A very warm welcome, a pleasant dining room behind the shop. Don't be put off by the rather unappealing storefront. The food was excellent, made with quality ingredients, and the service was quick. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A place to remember.

04/08/2026: Excellent meal, delicious cheeses for the raclette tasting. I highly recommend this restaurant. It also has a shop with a wide selection of wines, cheeses, and cured meats.

24/06/2026: A most outstanding dinner. A restaurant that really cares about letting the flavour of what is in season shine - one of the best meals I've had in awhile. We paired with the flight of wines. Highly recommend!

14/06/2026: For dinner, we chose the menus with wine pairings and mocktails. The cuisine was sophisticated, aiming for complexity; sometimes it succeeded, sometimes not. The fish, tuna, was very good, as was the pigeon cooked in various ways. The dessert, also featuring strawberries prepared in several ways on an excellent pastry base, was a delight. Those of us who opted for the mocktail pairing made a good choice. The pairing with natural or near-natural wines was not to our taste. We are too old for our palates to appreciate wines that deviate from the norm, even if they are natural. We didn't finish our glasses. The service was professional but lacked warmth and a smile.

The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, featuring high-quality ingredients, carefully crafted flavor combinations, and exquisite finesse. Each dish was a true delight for both the eyes and the palate. The service also deserves special mention: a very pleasant, attentive, and professional team, present without being intrusive. We felt truly comfortable from the beginning to the end of the meal. A superb gastronomic experience that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back! ✨

26/06/2026: A fantastic find right in the heart of Fréjus! Everything is homemade, and you can taste it from the first bite. The dishes are delicious, with a special mention for the Greek specialty, which is simply exceptional. The chef is very friendly, welcoming, and passionate about what he does. The cuisine is generous, authentic, and bursting with flavor. For me, it's definitely a must-visit, the benchmark in downtown Fréjus. I recommend it without hesitation!

The food—starters, main courses, and desserts—is incredible, a true team effort that makes it well worth the trip and a return visit. Only fresh, homemade products are used, cooked with passion, and the service is impeccable. Enjoy your meal, as it will remain one of our best. Don't hesitate!
