06/07/2026: We stopped at Del Arte last night for dinner around 8:30 pm. The restaurant wasn't very busy, and we waited 20 minutes before a waiter finally took our order. The pizzas arrived 10 minutes later, so the timing was fine. We finished our main course, and then there was an interminable wait to order dessert. No waiters came out onto the terrace; they were all busy cleaning tables inside or doing other things. Twenty-five minutes passed, and we left without being able to order dessert. The waiter asked if everything was alright, and we explained the problem. His response? "Oh, okay, I understand." Not an apology, not the slightest consideration. A truly deplorable and nonchalant attitude. We didn't have a good time because we couldn't finish our meal properly and left very frustrated.

17/07/2026: The terrace was very pleasant and the service was adequate. We ordered four drinks, three of which were bad. We didn't try the food. For the price, the drinks were a bit disappointing, but you're paying for the location. The live jazz concerts redeemed the experience.

16/07/2026: Our waiter was wonderful and he remembered our order after we returned only a second time!

19/05/2026: Good experience at the Alsatian Tavern: I had a very good meal; the tarte flambée was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The servers were also friendly and the service pleasant. You can tell it's a very popular tourist spot. The only real downside (for me) is the lack of space between the tables; they're really very close together (20cm apart). So you have to like fairly cramped places. Personally, it's not really the kind of atmosphere I enjoy. But it's still a good place to eat a good tarte flambée in Gérardmer 😊

08/07/2026: We are so glad we chose this restaurant for our wedding. From the menu planning stage right up to the big day, they were always available, attentive to our needs, and offered excellent advice. Our guests, as well as we, the bride and groom, were delighted; everything was perfect: thoughtful touches, an excellent meal from start to finish, and warm service and a warm welcome. Thank you for these wonderful memories that will stay with us forever. We will definitely be back.

30/06/2026: Excellent menu (the best Périgord salad I've ever had 👍) and the interior decor is magnificent. A major drawback was the manager, who pretended to be friendly between shouts. The young servers were fantastic. This woman would do well to trust them more and delegate a bit more (taking the money, for example, doesn't require a high level of training...). The wait between ordering and the arrival of the food was incredibly long. We gave up on ordering dessert and coffee. What a shame!

13/06/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The service was pleasant and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the foie gras, the sweetbreads with celery root purée, and the mango dessert. We would have preferred a walnut and caramel tart with vanilla ice cream rather than the cabecou cheese ice cream. We particularly enjoyed the financiers. We will gladly return.

16/07/2026: This is a real gem in the country of hamburgers and fish and chips ! Amazing food, and stylish presentation. Everything was delicious and truly French in character.

17/06/2026: I chose this cafe precisely because it seemed very well rated, and I thought it looked like a nice place to work on my book early in the morning, but it is impossible to sit on the terrace with a computer, or even in the cafe, from what I understand there is only a small room in the back where computers are allowed, as if you had to be secluded just to work, I find that relatively absurd, it looks like a nice place, but if you want to work, don't come here.

14/06/2026: Good place for healthy breakfast or brunch. Staff is super kind and friendly. Coffee is ok, pancakes and granola are gooood, the tartine is too pricey for the quality. They offer combo deals but the price difference is minimal. All in, a solid option if you look for a big breakfast or a light lunch.

20/06/2026: We highly recommend this little crêperie! We thoroughly enjoyed their authentic Breton galettes! I had the spring galette, which was packed with vegetables. Well done!

07/07/2026: We ate the burger and salmon. Both tasted exceptionally good. Dessert was also very tasty.

14/06/2026: Food was amaaaazing. We both had a gourmet menu and we would give all of the dishes we tried (salmon + geese salad for starters, hamburger + steak for our main dish, and creme brûlée + strawberry meringue) a “dix sur dix”!! Lots of the sauces and ingredients seemed homemade (the mayonnaise and burger sauce), and the fresh vegetables in the salads were delicious. Will definitely return to this little gem if we ever stay close by again!

23/05/2026: One of the best kebabs I've ever eaten. Very good, I recommend it.

15/05/2026: A lovely chef and his wife, always with a smile. Whether it's a panini, tacos... it's always excellent, we've never been disappointed. I highly recommend this kebab shop, and I'd also add that it's really fast. 5 stars!

25/09/2025: Excellent breakfast. The homemade pistachio, raspberry, and white chocolate cake was delicious. Homemade yogurt with honey and dried fruit, fresh orange juice... everything was perfect.
