03/09/2026: I ate there yesterday at lunchtime with my wife. The service was fantastic! A very good selection of dishes, set menus, and buffet options... Everything is excellently cooked and beautifully presented. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant!

06/09/2026: Just as good as ever, in just as lovely a setting. Incredible tiramisu! A hidden gem of a restaurant/bistro in the Vexin region! The dining room is lively, the service is warm and welcoming, and the dishes are generous and perfectly cooked. The quality of the ingredients is undeniable, and their preparation is exquisite. The wines are also excellent! Enjoy your meal.

30/08/2026: A little disappointed. I expected much better, with seasonal vegetables prepared and cooked more effectively. The food felt like reheated leftovers. A shame.

18/08/2026: A true delight for the taste buds with this authentic, home-style cooking made with fresh ingredients. My favorite was the eggplant and brandade mille-feuille. The setting was also very pleasant and peaceful! I highly recommend it!

17/05/2026: Bad choice :( One waitress would be better off in a brasserie, she spoke so loudly and moved around so much; the second, a newbie, didn't even know how to open a bottle of wine. The somewhat kitschy hotel decor was also disappointing. The clientele is on half-board or full-board for groups of elderly people.

08/08/2026: I spent a few days in Banyuls and, seeing the great reviews, we decided to go on our first day. We loved it so much that we went every night for dinner. The food was delicious, whatever you ordered, and the staff were spectacular—super friendly, polite, and many of them spoke Spanish, which made everything much easier. It's true that some days we had to wait an hour for dinner, but the waiters let you know and offer alternatives to grilled dishes that might be quicker. But that was a minor detail, as they were very considerate and understood that most people were there at the same time. They always kept us informed and offered alternatives, so the overall quality, views, and friendliness made the wait worthwhile. I think this is what I'll miss most about my vacation: the place and the service at this restaurant. Thank you.

06/08/2026: We spent our last week of summer vacation in the beautiful town of Banyuls-sur-Mer 🌊 If there's one lovely restaurant you absolutely must try, it's La Ganotte, located in the port of Banyuls 🛳. The setting and atmosphere are fantastic, and the staff are incredibly attentive—it's truly delightful 🤗 The dishes are prepared right in front of you, and everything is absolutely delicious, from the main course to the dessert 🍨. You can go without hesitation 😊

30/08/2026: We've literally been waiting for an hour and the service is incredibly slow. We're very disappointed; they put out way too much rice. Like, we're supposed to be at an all-you-can-eat sushi place, but after waiting for an hour, we finally get our food, and honestly, there's not enough. I finished it in a minute, and I mean two minutes, no less. There are still things left, like skewers, and they haven't given us the rice yet. I was starving, so I said, "I'll have the salmon," because we were waiting for the rice. So now we're still waiting for the skewers, and that's it. It's disappointing.

01/08/2026: I stumbled upon this sushi restaurant and it was surprisingly good. The waitress was alone taking orders and serving, but she did an amazing job. The menu is classic with nice lunchtime set menus that you can customize. A great experience for a very reasonable price. Pleasant welcome.

08/06/2026: Everything was perfect, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We tried almost everything on the menu, and it was all excellent. The only minor point for improvement concerns the sauces: we ordered the foie gras and pepper sauces, and it would have been helpful to have a small label or marker to distinguish them. We often mixed them up and used them by mistake. Aside from that, the experience was excellent.

31/07/2026: Beautiful,very steep stairs but the view from the top was worth climbing them,was only €2 for adults and children were free,there's also lockers to store bigger bags and they are free to use,well worth a visit

26/07/2026: There were clearly people inside, yet they said it was closed to visitors today. Was this a last-minute change? If it's closed on a holiday, why were there people inside?

18/09/2026: Excellent meal at Carré Papillon. Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and just the right touch of originality to elevate the dishes. The service is impeccable and the cocktails are top-notch! Highly recommended!
