05/07/2025: Goldsmithing on the plate with seasonal products. St Honoré is of great class from the visual to the firmness of the cabbages, everything is there to delight the taste buds. The prices are fair as is the chef's know-how. I recommend without hesitation. In the photo the rum baba.
12/06/2025: Superb pastry, I had a very successful Saint Honoré, a good play on texture especially with the very well made caramel adding a pleasant crunch, the choux were very well made and the whipped cream very light.

22/11/2024: Nothing to complain about the cuisine, refined with a limited menu, a guarantee of quality. The correct service and the welcoming and warm staff. The place, however, is a bit ordinary and quite noisy. I still highly recommend this good address for a lunch

20/09/2023: Friendly and authentic hotel right in the wonderful Sault. I stayed there overnight after climbing Mount Ventoux on my racing bike. Check-in is possible as early as 3 p.m. The owner is extremely friendly and takes care of her guests. She also speaks English very well. Can highly recommend it.

The foie gras steak is recommended.
28/03/2024: The boss was very enthusiastic and patiently communicated with us about the menu and wine choices. The homemade jam is very delicious and the signature dishes are also very special. The overall experience is very good. We tried the signature dishes, but I believe you can still get a great experience on a lower budget.
