19/07/2026: Stopped here on a road trip and also had an exciting summer storm! Thunder and lighting. So glad we stopped here, great team, incredible restaurant.. and they have some wine!

20/05/2026: Impeccable service, however, the food was bland. The sea bass was well-served but slightly overcooked, accompanied by a saffron risotto that wasn't actually saffron—it was rice pasta—and a vegetable wok with no seasoning whatsoever, no spices, no salt, no pepper. The mussels marinière were too salty, and the broth was watery. A question about the daily special: mussels marinière or curry? Is it a two-day special? The menu was the same on Monday and Tuesday. 🤔 The lack of ambiance and character in the decor discourages lingering after the meal.

12/09/2026: Excellent inn, expertly run! A warm and friendly atmosphere 🙂 The patia and the Montbrison cheese fondue are specialties not to be missed for lovers of gourmet food! 😋

13/08/2026: For the past year, I've been regularly picking up my tteokbokki and kimbap combo at lunchtime, and it's always a pleasure! The portions are generous, and the staff are kind and cheerful every time I visit. A special shout-out to the three ladies who handle the lunchtime rotation! (만들어 주시는 음식은 다 너무 맛있어요! ^^)

29/07/2026: Hello, We used Charlie & Tom for a company lunch held during our onboarding seminars for the employees of our Nuances agencies. All of our employees gave us excellent feedback on the service we chose. For a lunch in a meeting room, we opted for the "Cagettes" package for a group of 11 people. Throughout our discussions, we felt listened to and advised. The result was a success. We highly recommend the service provided by Charlie & Tom. We will definitely use them again when the opportunity arises. Thank you.

10/09/2026: Literally our favorite bistro. We've been coming to the Corbières region on holiday for years and we always stop at Chez Jeannette, the BEST bistro we know. The food is homemade, using excellent local produce. The portions are generous and delicious, and the prices are unbeatable for the quality offered. The welcome is warm, and the service is incredible. We recommend this restaurant to all food lovers who want a truly excellent meal at reasonable prices. You won't find this anywhere else.

10/09/2026: We had a delicious meal here. Exceptional for the price. 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 cocktails, 2 beers, 1 cola, and 1 cappuccino with apple pie. All together for €78.00, it is well worth a visit.

02/03/2026: I would like to give a glowing recommendation for the Hôtel du Nord. We had a very pleasant night there: the room was perfectly quiet, allowing us to sleep undisturbed. Moreover, the room rate is very affordable, offering excellent value for money. My wife and I also dined there, and it was a true delight. The meal was delicious, prepared with excellent regional ingredients, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The chef showcases each ingredient remarkably well and brings out all the subtle nuances of the products. Again, the prices are quite reasonable considering the quality offered. In short, we had a wonderful time and have very fond memories of our stay. We highly recommend this establishment.
