From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the **absolutely breathtaking sea view**, as well as by the tasteful and meticulous design of the spaces, both inside and out. Every detail has been carefully considered, right down to the comfort of the chairs, which are exceptionally pleasant to sit in. As for the cuisine, the menu is a true delight: **delicate, flavorful, and beautifully presented**. Each dish is crafted with finesse, and the flavor combinations are a real treat. Special mention must also go to the **simply outstanding service**. It's particularly pleasant to see such a professional and attentive team, who, above all, have a perfect understanding of the dishes being served. This truly enhances the experience. One small regret, however: not being able to enjoy a glass of wine paired with each course… but our driver's licenses quickly brought us back to reality! 😉 And then there's that rare feeling: **time seems to stand still**. When we entered this restaurant, we truly forgot about time and everyday life. A resounding success, in an exceptional setting, with refined cuisine and a top-notch team. **An address we will treasure and look forward to returning to.**

05/10/2026: We found everything excellent! This restaurant deserves a Michelin star. The view, the decor, the timing between courses, the thoughtful touches, the service, the delicious food... We were a small group of different ages, and it was a wonderful experience for everyone. One minor drawback: for young people, the portions were a little small.

13/08/2026: My favorite restaurant in Charente. Amazing cocktails along fantastically creative food of which half are vegetarian. The staff is friendly but also very professional. The lunch menu has 2 appetizers, 2 entrées and 2 deserts of which at least one of each is vegetarian. The dinner menu has many more dishes.

09/10/2026: A very warm welcome, simple yet attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals; they were well-prepared and served promptly. The only slight drawback was that the desserts weren't homemade, which was a shame.

27/07/2026: For Marseille, I think this is one of the best pan bagnats you can find. However, there are several drawbacks. For me, it's not a true Niçoise pan bagnat. First of all, "pan bagnat" literally means "wet bread." The problem mainly stems from the bread used: it's too soft to begin with. Once soaked, it becomes far too soggy and loses the texture that gives a real Niçoise pan bagnat its charm, traditionally made with a more rustic bread and a firmer crust. It also lacks certain ingredients that contribute to the authenticity and success of a true Niçoise pan bagnat. Ultimately, it's a good sandwich, and in Marseille, it's one of the best places to find it. However, if you're looking for the true taste and texture of a traditional Niçoise pan bagnat, this one falls a bit short.

08/09/2026: A restaurant that looks unassuming from the outside, but inside it offers an unbeatable French ambiance with Parisian charm, delicious food, upscale prices and yet a relaxed atmosphere…we will come again.

30/08/2026: We spent two wonderful evenings at the cheese shop: exceptional products, including a mild and creamy raclette and a fondue that's rarely equaled, not to mention the double cream with blueberry for dessert: a real treat! The service was warm and attentive, and the owner, smiling and passionate, so beautifully conveys the heritage of this family restaurant! The only slight drawback is the basement location, which is worth a visit but can be a little noisy (when the dining room is full). Finally, a visit to the ground floor is a must to see the owner's twin sister, whose bakery and dairy shop will tempt you to buy everything: specialty breads, brownies, carrot cake… everything is excellent!
