18/08/2026: We had dinner at Bistrot Brigand on Tuesday evening; there were four of us, including our teenagers. We enjoyed several dishes, tasting plates that were both simple and original, featuring quality ingredients such as rillettes, Gouda cheese, and eggplant. Desserts included chocolate mousse with olive oil and a Basque cake with sorbet, along with local beers. We appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the originality of the dishes. It's a friendly and welcoming place with a beautiful, simple, and elegant decor. I highly recommend this place; it will definitely satisfy your taste buds! We'll be back!

17/08/2026: I visited several times for dinner during the summer, and I was never disappointed. Three plates for two make perfect portions, allowing you to try more of the dishes, which is all the better when everything is so delicious! Most recently: a chocolate mousse with olive oil... I dreamt about it at night. Bravo!

17/09/2026: We stayed at this holiday village. Our experience was mixed, especially for those of us who regularly stay in this type of accommodation. Positive points: the food, the location, the helpful advice from Justine and Damien, the numerous activities available outside of Réallon (you need a car), and the small sauna area. Negative points: the rooms were quite outdated, there was little entertainment, and the kids' club was lacking.

The reception staff were top-notch and professional 👍💖 The bar was very welcoming 👍💖 The restaurant offered a great variety of dishes, and the two chefs and their team were very attentive and professional 👍💖 A special mention to the in-house pastry chef – the creations were amazing 😍 Thank you to the manager for their attentiveness, exceptional kindness, and professionalism 👏💗💗 We loved our room with a mountain view. 15/09/2026: We had dinner here in Lyon on our last night and, unfortunately, it was our worst meal. I usually look at these for areas when reviewing a restaurant. Food: My wife had the lamb shank was mostly fat and it was very bad. I had the shepherds pie and it was ok. Basically, just some meat and potatoes and not much flavor. Service: Not good. It was over 30 minutes before someone even came to take our order. There were times when we didn't see a waiter for almost 15 minutes. Atmosphere: Terrible. We made the mistake of eating outside and we were right by the road. Cars and trucks with diesel fumes idling and make noise most of the time. People walking by smoking weed. Very unpleasant experience. Value for price: While the prices were reasonable for the area, the value for the actual food, service and atmosphere were not good.

14/09/2026: The staff was able to present and offer suitable dishes in relation to my allergies. However, the food was somewhat disappointing and tasted quite average. My dessert was "fresh cheese" where I got a basket of burnt baguette and a soup plate of very salty liquid cheese dip - I couldn't finish it. However, the service was quite nice and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

19/08/2026: There were four of us, and we were really disappointed by this restaurant. The staff were completely unprofessional, the waiter was unpleasant, spoke too loudly, and wasn't at all accommodating... a duck breast served as a single piece in a soup plate! We managed to cut it, but it wasn't easy or pleasant. And to top it off, they sent the wrong side dish. We ended up with a bowl of soggy fries that were more brown than golden. We won't be going back and strongly advise against it, especially at the end of the holidays. Lunch at a restaurant should be a pleasure, never a bad memory.

21/08/2026: Michelin-starred and Gault & Millau-rated restaurant. Excellent €31 set menu. Warm welcome. Pleasant square with a lovely fountain. This restaurant is far superior to the others on this charming square.

19/03/2026: A bit disappointed because there wasn't much choice, some of the dishes were cold which was a shame, and especially because they were out of white rice, which I found odd. Anyway, it really lacked a friendly atmosphere...they don't even ask if everything is alright or anything, even when you go to pay at the till...in short, there are much better buffets out there, but it's okay in a pinch, though you shouldn't be too picky.

11/09/2026: One thing I was not happy about was when a member of staff came over and took away the chair next to me, which I had placed my bags on. At first, I assumed the staff member needed the chair because another customer wanted to sit down. However, I then noticed that the chair was simply given to another customer to put their bag on. I found this quite disappointing, as I felt the staff member showed a lack of consideration and common courtesy towards me as a customer. It would have been more appropriate to ask me first or explain why the chair was needed, rather than simply taking it away while my belongings were still on it.

18/08/2026: We couldn't come last year because it was fully booked, and we were so happy to finally eat there this year. What a disappointment! The wait was incredibly long with a child... two hours for a meal with no starter or dessert except for the children's menu... And speaking of the children's menu... three tiny, dry nuggets. We waited 45 minutes for a carafe of water, which we finally received before leaving. Expensive for what it was. And when you ask the waitress for something, she looks at you as if you're clearly bothering her. It's such a shame. The place itself is so lovely.

17/08/2026: We've been eating at La Cabane de Marie regularly for several years now and we're always very satisfied, both with the service and the quality of the food! The staff are exceptionally kind, the place is welcoming… So, without hesitation, we wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! 🤩🇨🇦🍁

14/09/2026: Comfortably seated while waiting for my meal after a warm welcome, I appreciated the kindness with which the waiter treated disabled guests. The salad, fries, crusty bread, hot food, and chicken were delicious.
