01/08/2026: The matcha wasn't amazing and was expensive, but the service was absolutely catastrophic. Only one person was working on a Saturday afternoon. They were out of donuts 45 minutes before closing time. No greeting, and they clearly discouraged customers from ordering even though they were closing in 45 minutes… The only positive points were the air conditioning and the decor. They seemed more interested in emptying the dishwasher than serving customers.
29/07/2026: Very disappointing.
Both matcha lattes were practically tasteless. As for the lemonade, a very unpleasant odor wafted up as soon as you brought the glass to your nose. We still took several sips to make sure it wasn't just a first impression, but unfortunately, the taste confirmed the smell, as if the lemon used was no longer fresh. We mentioned it to the cashier before leaving.
The only positive points: the Wi-Fi still worked perfectly, and the cashier was quite welcoming and helpful.

28/07/2026: A divine setting, but the service and dishes were rather ordinary. Disappointment with the "cheese trolleys" advertised on the menu, which turned out to be a plate of three pieces of cheese.
27/07/2026: A timeless place that reminds you that simplicity, patience, and a taste for local produce will always be the foundation of our cuisine. €18 for a starter, main course, and dessert for a meal that will stay with me forever... The confit pork almost brought a tear to my eye, both for its texture and the sauce, not to mention the melt-in-your-mouth potatoes... Simply excellent... Thank you to the whole team for this culinary delight 🙏

01/07/2026: Discovered this place by accident. Go into the building using the front left door. Just walk past the ticket desk, turn right, go upstairs. I loved the food, atmosphere, and friendly service.

16/05/2026: I'd been wanting to try the cake for ages, like ages, but every time I went there it was sold out. But I hadn't given up hope 😂 And this time I was lucky enough to taste it, and I don't regret the wait at all 😅 It's absolutely delicious. A bit pricey for a cake, but you're mostly buying the name, and the flavors were definitely there.

27/06/2026: Secluded coffee spot with a few tables and booths on two levels at the base of a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor is classy but inviting. We enjoyed a couple iced Americanos in the air conditioning in a hot Paris summer day.
14/06/2026: The coffee was very disappointing: it lacked flavor and character, and the milk was poorly frothed, with a thick, uneven foam instead of a creamy microfoam. A cappuccino well below expectations.

17/05/2026: The waitress was unpleasant. The fish dish had a few bones, which can happen, but the lemon sauce was weak, with very little lemon flavor. My husband ordered the ham tartare, and as a food lover and cook, he found it very simple. As for the beef skewers, they don't ask how you want them cooked. In short, we won't be back. Sincerely. I don't understand how it got a 4.6 rating.

During our monthly restaurant discovery tour, we unearthed L'Âme Sœur, a restaurant offering sophisticated cuisine with beautiful flavor combinations, all served in generous portions. We wholeheartedly recommend it: go for it!
