The waitress was very energetic.
However, the dining room needs refreshing and better soundproofing.
22/04/2026: As my first visit was so wonderful, I came back and it's just as good. Wow, took me back to my early years of travelling France. Big packed dining room, 4 course menu du jour which was really good. Oh and excellent, reasonably priced wine list. The Gaillac rouge is to die for!🙂 Highly recommended!

21/12/2025: Having lived in Roche-lez-Beaupré for 15 years, I'd never had the chance to go. But problem solved, and no regrets!
For dinner, a classic burger and an excellent cinnamon apple tart with crumble topping. Delicious!
What a shame the restaurant isn't open in the evening; I'll have some friends to bring along!

In the top 5 of the best I've eaten while traveling.

05/06/2026: A friend invited me for lunch one day, saying, "Where we're going is a surprise. A nice little village—it's the middle of nowhere." We went into the restaurant. I didn't immediately realize we were in an exotic setting, as the decor wasn't particularly exotic. Also, Christelle, the very friendly waitress, had a French look. I appreciated the delicate nature of the food. I recommend this restaurant, not only for the food but also for the warm welcome. Thanks again.

They have excellent Thai specialties and the attentive service makes you feel like a friend.
I highly recommend it!

15/05/2026: An excellent meal shared with my wife at this restaurant, which combines quality, quantity, and a warm welcome. It is undoubtedly one of the best in the southern Meuse region. As an added bonus, the smiles and helpful advice of the staff truly do credit to French cuisine. We highly recommend it.
