01/09/2026: Before going to the Comédie-Française, the four of us had dinner at this small restaurant. The food was excellent, served by the owner and the chef. Another great find in Paris! Good food, good atmosphere, a great duo!

05/08/2026: We had a late dinner there on our last night in Paris last week. It’s a cute cafe beside our hotel, New Hotel Opera. The food is good especially their steak. It was perfect! 👌🏻 The drinks are also good. We had cold beers w/c was great. What made it extra special was the warm welcome of the 2 gentlemen in there. They were so kind as to help us w/ the menu as we don’t speak french. We chatted the night away with the other regulars there also because they somehow know each other too. We definitey would recommend Le Petit Liège.

14/09/2026: We stumbled upon this brasserie by chance. A pleasant discovery: galette Monsieur Seguin and croque monsieur, fries, and a good quality salad in generous portions, all for a very reasonable price. I recommend it if you're passing through Pont l'Evêque!

12/09/2026: Mussels and fries, and steak and fries with Pont Lévêque sauce, were very good, highly recommended. Reasonable wait time.

04/10/2026: We had a wonderful time on the terrace, enjoying the sunshine and a delicious meal. The staff were very pleasant and even gave us time to enjoy an aperitif. A very good place to eat.

20/09/2026: Hello, I believe this is the first time we've left a comment like this… But unfortunately, sometimes we have no choice but to make certain people aware of things. We came to eat, the meal was excellent, a little pricey for our taste, very fresh and refined. Despite everything, the staff was attentive, smiling, helpful, adorable, and above all, very courageous. Thank you again. The biggest problem with this establishment remains the owner. We had already been told, but to this extent? How can you ruin a reputation? An unpleasant owner asks her staff for everything, incapable of taking care of a table alone, makes very derogatory remarks to the staff in front of the customers. Yet the problem comes from her; she does nothing except take orders and collect payment. Very disappointing. (As the manager of an establishment, I would never allow myself to belittle my staff as you did. We tried, unfortunately. First and last time…)

10/09/2026: A fantastic little restaurant we stumbled upon completely by chance on our way to our holiday destination, and what a lovely surprise! 😍 We received a very warm welcome, even with our large dog, which was a real treat. The service was impeccable, the staff were lovely and incredibly attentive from beginning to end. We ordered a set menu, starting with mussels in Roquefort sauce: a truly VERY generous portion 😅 Luckily there were two of us to share! Then, we chose the salmon with shrimp sauce and the kidneys with morel sauce. Everything was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and, again, very generous! 😋 And to finish, a delicious crème brûlée, which we also shared because we were quite full 😅 A wonderful discovery, both for the warm welcome and the quality of the food and the generous portions. I'm keeping this address safe and sound, and I won't hesitate to go back if I'm ever in the area again!

30/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome, which wasn't easy considering the restaurant was full and all the customers were in a hurry! We ate very well for a very reasonable price, thank you!

19/09/2026: We were very disappointed: for both our pizzas, the crust was soggy and bland, and the sauce was completely untoward. Since the crust and sauce are the foundation of a pizza, with everything else just being an assembly, the result was truly disappointing. We politely mentioned this to the waitress. She informed the owner, who became very upset and became fixated on justifying himself. When we pointed out that his sauce resembled concentrate, he finally admitted it was store-bought… (even though the waitress had assured us upon arrival that everything was homemade, except for the ice cream). There was no self-reflection, no apology, and no gesture of goodwill, not even the complimentary coffees offered as a token of appreciation. Under these circumstances, one wonders what the point is of providing constructive feedback. We now understand why so many customers prefer to leave in silence: having to justify themselves in the face of such a reaction completely ruins the enjoyment of the meal.

31/08/2026: Good bar/brasserie A €20 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) is unbeatable in a tourist area. Simple and efficient cuisine; the dishes are good. The starter buffet is varied. Quick and courteous service. I recommend it.

12/09/2026: We arrived at 8:30 pm and were accepted for dinner, but with a choice of only five galettes. The service was adequate. Coming from Brittany, we found the galettes bland (not much buckwheat flavor).

18/09/2026: Just had a fabulous meal at Le Lotus d’Or. I ordered the Nem which is a crispy, deep-fried Vietnamese spring roll filled with minced meat and the Chicken with Cashew nuts which I can safely say is the nicest I’ve ever had. The cooking was superb and everything was very fresh. My compliments to the chef. The restaurant also has a lovely atmosphere and is quite intimate with not too many tables. Highly recommend.

12/09/2026: Couldn’t get our order right. Had to ask for missing items multiple times. Received wine carafe, no wine glass. Received oyster dish , no shrimp order. Had to ask for ordered soda twice. Then when paying, server tried to double charge us for two sodas instead of one. Argued with us about it , even after we pointed out that there was one can of soda on the table. Tried to gaslight us and tell us the table was cleared , which is why only one can was on the table. You would think that after getting our order wrong multiple times that they would give us the benefit of the doubt, nope, not these people. The lady that checked us out was very rude.
