15/10/2026: I wasn't disappointed for a single second. From the service to the food, I had a wonderful time. Everything was fresh, homemade, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It's one of the restaurants I'll definitely return to, this time with the polenta as a side dish, which is very good; even if you don't usually like polenta, it's worth trying. If you don't know where to eat, go for it! ☺️

14/10/2026: I stopped by here during my trip to Chamonix. The village is beautiful and quiet, and above all, it was the best meal I had during my trip to France. From the roasted leeks appetizer to the main course and dessert, everything was very light and clean, so I enjoyed the meal right to the very end. There is also a wine specialist on hand, so you can get recommendations for wines that pair well with the meal. The Protente dessert was also really delicious. I think I will remember this for a long time.

The food was high-quality and very well prepared at a reasonable price. The atmosphere was lovely and pleasant. They made the reservation easy for us via email, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend it. They speak perfect Spanish, which was a bonus. A superb choice.

22/09/2026: A wonderful discovery this Monday at lunchtime. The dishes were presented, prepared, and served with a professionalism rarely found these days, even in some "top restaurants." We particularly appreciated the warm welcome, the relaxed yet intimate atmosphere, the presentation of the dishes by someone clearly passionate about their craft, the seamless service (no waiting between courses), and the attentive staff.

27/09/2026: An excellent dinner with two glasses of Burgundy wine accompanying our courses. The dishes were beautifully presented (fish and meat) and were as delicious as they were pleasing to the eye. The service was extremely friendly and professional. And the desserts were the icing on the cake! A must-visit in Épinal if you want to treat your taste buds! The price of the meal is entirely justified by the quality of the cuisine and the excellent ingredients used by the chef and his sous-chef. The team is family-run, with father and son in the kitchen while mother and daughter-in-law manage the front of house and service.
