20/09/2026: Having been there today, there's little chance I'll be going back. After 20 minutes, still no order taken, I went to the waiter to at least ask for water, as I had a pregnant person at my table. The waiter responded rudely. Five minutes later, we decided to leave. The waiter told us, "You're not in a rush," and sighed... There are definitely other restaurants where the staff is much friendlier. Asking for water when someone is pregnant doesn't warrant that kind of treatment!

25/08/2026: Matisse provided a very warm welcome and impeccable service. He took care of us from beginning to end, without a hitch, always smiling, and offering excellent advice on the daily specials. I highly recommend this establishment; make sure you get seated in Matisse's line to ensure you receive great service!

19/08/2026: The manager, who was incredibly friendly, agreed to show the PSG match and then the Lyon match two days later. The food was excellent, both the main course and the dessert, and the welcome was very warm. I will definitely return on my next trip to Marseille.

29/07/2026: The setting is definitely the highlight of this beachfront restaurant, with a lovely, comfortable little terrace – the perfect place to enjoy a meal with a beautiful view. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed my salad, which was fresh, generous, and flavorful. However, my friends were a little disappointed with their dishes, particularly the mussels and the tapas platter, which tasted like they were made from frozen ingredients and didn't quite live up to their expectations. This is a shame for a beachfront restaurant, where one naturally expects very fresh products. Another minor complaint was the €5 fries; we were expecting homemade fries, which would have added real value. Finally, the tables were cleared rather haphazardly throughout the meal, giving us the impression that they were rushing to finish. This is a pity, because with such a pleasant setting, you naturally want to take your time. A mixed experience, but with real potential thanks to its exceptional location.

04/10/2026: Hello, I ate lunch on October 3rd, 2026. The veal was sinewy and we weren't asked how we wanted it cooked. The bread was too hard, not fresh, but definitely too stale. When I ordered dark chocolate ice cream, they said yes, but it was actually sorbet, even though it was listed under ice cream on the menu. So, I'm not happy. Thank you.

04/10/2026: Being turned away at 9:12 PM because they weren't taking new orders was hard to accept when the restaurant advertised open until 11 PM... anyway, we went next door and had a great meal.

12/08/2026: Almond croissant. You have to search for the almonds, and the butter? Forget about it. The staff is incredibly unfriendly. You get the feeling you're bothering them. The Earl Grey, received flavored black tea. Avoid at all costs.

18/09/2026: We were here on the last day of our vacation. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect ending. The multi-course surprise menu was absolutely sensational and a true culinary delight. We were the only ones in the restaurant, and the chef cooked just for us, making it a dinner for two. Monsieur Rabanel even came to our table to greet us. Simply wonderful! Our waiter was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to serve us expertly despite the language barrier. All in all, this visit was an extraordinary experience, and we highly recommend it!

17/09/2026: Robinel put out a delicious meal. We had mussels with herbs and chorizo for the first course that were outstanding. Fresh and delicious. The passilidiare with onions and arugula was fresh and sweet. The main course I got was a slow cooked lamb that was very tender and perfectly seasoned. We also had a pavlova with pineapple that was the perfect ending

22/05/2026: Refined, sophisticated dishes, very good service, the terrace is charming, with the sound of frogs.

21/05/2026: Restaurant meal: What a disappointment! As long-time customers, the change of chef is going to be difficult. Lunching with friends, we didn't find the same quality, creativity, or generous portions. We also missed the chef's presence, his willingness to interact with customers and share those enjoyable moments of conviviality. It's good that there's a new owner, and it's difficult to take over from a chef with such high-quality professional experience. They should at least try to draw inspiration from what made Château du Bost so renowned. We'll wait for future reviews before deciding whether to return. Best of luck nonetheless.

19/09/2026: Generous portions, simple and delicious, in a very British atmosphere. We had lunch early and didn't have to queue. The potatoes with the fish and chips were excellent. My wife really enjoyed the eggs Benedict. We're waiting for the scones! Really good at a reasonable price.

13/09/2026: I had a lovely time in this charming tea room with friends. The decor transports you to a truly British setting, full of character. "It's Five O'Clock" is an invitation to travel. The teas and pastries are absolutely incredible, with a special mention for the scones, which I adored! A wonderful discovery; I'll gladly return. 🇬🇧☕️

16/09/2026: The place is very nice and stylish, right in the center of La Clusaz, really great. The service is excellent, the owner is super friendly and fun 👌 However, I was a little disappointed with the food... The hiker's platter turned out to be just a salad, a nasty surprise, and above all, there was nothing on it 🙄 One piece of toast, one slice of charcuterie, and that's it... At over €20 for the platter, we clearly expected something else. As for me, the classic fondue for one person with white wine was nothing special, served with the same salad and one slice of cured ham... I appreciate the effort to serve fondues for one person, but I was disappointed with the contents.

21/09/2026: The staff were friendly and attentive in a welcoming setting, but I was disappointed with the meal: the langoustines were undercooked, the risotto was bitter, and the salmon was overcooked. The chocolate cake was also overcooked. A real shame.

09/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. Delicious food, excellent service, and a beautiful setting with a stunning view from the terrace. I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed.
