30/05/2026: Terrible service! I called to reserve a table with a dog. We went to the reception desk, but no one was there. We saw the restaurant upstairs, introduced ourselves, but no one was there either. Finally, a woman greeted us, grumbling. We turned around and left. I can't comment on the food, as we didn't stay to eat!

30/05/2026: Wonderful local restaurant with regional wines and beers. Great cooking of regional dishes and pizzas. Very friendly and lovely service.

22/05/2026: Owner's response: I couldn't have known in advance how little gorgonzola was put on the pizza; it's up to you to adjust the proportions. I didn't ask to change the cheese to try this pizza with Camembert (I can read the menu, thankfully). It's up to me to say I want a lot of gorgonzola; it's up to you to better balance the cheese proportions. Given your response, I'm reducing the rating to 1 star (instead of the initial 3 stars). I confirm that I will not be returning to your establishment. I ate a four-cheese pizza. Camembert on a pizza is quite audacious. (I wanted to try it.) I didn't like it at all. I couldn't find the gorgonzola. It had no flavor. The oregano should be removed because it doesn't enhance the flavor of the cheeses. The tomato sauce overpowers it. I've eaten much better elsewhere. This is definitely not the best pizzeria. The place is nice, maybe a little dark. I like it. The prices are reasonable. The place is quiet. Personally, I won't be going back. The waiter or owner told me he'd heard good things about the four-cheese pizza! Weird. I should have taken a picture to prove to him that there was very little gorgonzola.

13/05/2026: The pizza dough is cardboard-like. The decoration is outdated. A good refresh would do it a world of good.

30/03/2026: It's a lovely brasserie, the owner is super friendly, the service is perfect, the food is made on-site, the dishes are well-executed, everything is cooked with fresh ingredients, and the small desserts are very good and well-suited if you still have a little room left at the end of your meal. So I highly recommend eating here if you're in the area; we use it quite regularly, especially for treating our clients. They're never disappointed by the homemade dishes.

26/05/2026: The waitress was unfriendly and the service was poor. Only the bartender was kind, and my daughters were touched by the safety he offered. However, he didn't offer a selection of ice cream flavors; several were missing.

The value for money is consistent with the quality of the food, although some dishes could be a little more generous to fully justify their price. SERVICE The welcome is pleasant, and the staff is attentive. The service is generally efficient, but during busy periods, the pace can slow down, resulting in a short wait for your food. AMBIANCE The restaurant offers a warm and friendly atmosphere, suitable for both family meals and meals with friends. The terrace is lovely when the weather permits, although the dining room can get a bit noisy when full. OTHER It is advisable to make a reservation, especially in the evening, to avoid unnecessary waiting. The restaurant is conveniently located in the heart of Genas. Strengths: The quality of the pizzas and the variety of the Italian menu. Weaknesses: The service can be slow during peak hours. Suggestions for improvement: Improving service organization during busy times and offering some seasonal specials would help keep regular customers coming back for more. 16/05/2026: Pleasant welcome. Above all, remember not to park in the car park opposite, even just to drop off your luggage, because in less than 10 minutes we got a parking ticket; the hotel warned us about this as soon as we arrived.

02/12/2025: Good evening, I'm very disappointed after reporting to the cashier at reception that the emergency exits were locked. The response was, "They'll stay that way." I couldn't believe it! All the emergency exits are locked in case of panic, fire, or anything else. What happens then? Even the police told me, "Not our problem" (crazy world!). They said, "We're waiting for victims first." This is completely unacceptable and illegal. Emergency exits are clearly labeled as such and must remain open for evacuation in case of an emergency, not locked.

03/06/2026: I've been ordering from them for months! The best!!! They even have free gifts, and delivery is free and fast on the website.

25/05/2026: I've been coming here for years for the all-you-can-eat option for special occasions. The lunch prices are more than reasonable, and there's always room even when it's busy. It's run by a very welcoming and helpful family. The food is always delicious, freshly prepared, and the music is great. A minor drawback is the desserts, which are rather basic, but they're clearly working on improving them. :) Thank you!

11/05/2026: Went there last night. Full of flies. Had to leave after 10 mins. Fed back to the owner who did not seem interested. We have been here before and the experience has never been so bad. I wonder if here has been a management change? Wouldn’t recommend!!

10/05/2026: The season for good mountain food was a bit over, so the restaurant wasn't very busy. The tartiflette and Norman apple tart were excellent, and the waiter was very friendly. We'll be back!
