19/08/2026: Excellent pizza, I highly recommend the Verona, it's amazing. The ingredients used to make it are high quality, which is rare. They also offer a very good and unique Sicilian lemonade, a very tasty Italian drink. Importantly, the manager is friendly and welcoming.

16/08/2026: I happened to pass by on my way to the Basilica of Notre Dame d'Arcachon, and I wasn't disappointed by the welcome or the taste of the pizzas. The crust was thin (just the way I like them) and very generously topped.

03/08/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ While passing through Strasbourg, we had the pleasure of discovering La Case – a Creole specialty restaurant located on Grand’Rue, and what a wonderful discovery it was! We are from Réunion Island, and from the very first bite, we rediscovered the authentic flavors of our island. A huge congratulations to the chef and the entire team! The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and the dishes a true journey to Réunion. We thoroughly enjoyed the eggplant fritters, the various chili sauces (with a particular favorite being the peanut sauce 🌶️), a delicious goat curry that I hadn't had the pleasure of tasting in a very long time, and an excellent octopus curry that my husband loved. Thank you for keeping Réunion Creole cuisine alive with such passion and generosity. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Strasbourg or to lovers of Réunion cuisine. 06/08/2026: We met Antoine the owner of the restaurant 8 years ago in one of his previous restaurants. The food was already spectacular there, but it is even better at Fratellino, with a great selection of Pizzas and Pastas that remind us of the best restaurants in Italy. The secret is simple: authentic recipes with very high quality products and fantastic cooking. Also Antoine and his team are very friendly, you always have a great time eating at his restaurants as they're very welcoming and fun to chat with. The food is excellent, and for us by far the best Italian restaurant in Paris. Try everything, but my personal recommendation is the stracciatella as a starter, the bronte or truffle pasta for main dish, and a delicious tiramisu for the desert. The Pizzas are also excellent, we recently tried the one with the zucchini cream, and it was a joy to behold.

13/08/2026: Travelling to Paris for the first leg of our European vacation, we got in late one evening and my wife had already scoped out some spots for us to eat brunch/lunch. So the very first meal we had in Paris might've been the best---it's at least in the running. There was construction and scaffolding all around the restaurant, so the atmosphere took a slight hit from that, but sitting on the sidewalk lunching in the City of Light has its own cachet to overcome even that. The tables were clean, well-placed in the sun, and we were served with great attention. Now, the food: The Burrata pizza we ordered to share was amazing, as was the salade au chévre chaud we also shared. The goat cheese was very rich and the salad was refreshing, while the pizza was warm, comforting, and full of flavor! We really loved this as our first taste of Paris! If we ever visit Paris again, I'd love to come back when there's no scaffolding and construction overhead.

12/08/2026: Azmi is very kind and treated us very well. We came for pizza with my young daughters at a time when restaurants aren't usually open, and she always served us with a smile. The pizza is delicious, and the price is reasonable for the city. Thank you so much for your kindness and warmth! We will definitely return next time we visit Paris.

23/08/2026: We held our wedding at the Auberge du Lac. It wasn't so much an experience as a warm and welcoming atmosphere, like being at home. They made us feel completely at ease, and everything was perfect. Furthermore, the staff weren't just employees; they were like guests at our wedding. They offered us a small glass of wine to toast with, and there was even a little dance between the bride, the bartender, and the owner. It was a great pleasure to share this special day with them and the wonderful atmosphere.

19/08/2026: Large, air-conditioned room. The music is very loud, making it difficult to hear each other when seated opposite one another. The tortilla with guacamole is good but basic. However, the beef skewer is very tender. The portions are decent. Considering the quantity/price ratio of the extras, I don't recommend them: 4 slices of chorizo ​​for €1 extra (skewer) / a small handful of cheddar for €1 extra (fajitas). Otherwise, the prices of the main dishes are reasonable.

16/08/2026: A unique and pleasant place with a friendly atmosphere. The (homemade) food is truly delicious, full of flavor, and the tapas/fritters are very easy to digest! The welcome is warm. A must-visit in the old town of Montluçon; it's well worth the detour! Visited in 2025, and returned twice this year (a must-stop between Grenoble and Poitiers)! Truly a fantastic place! The cheddar fajitas are delicious! The owner and his team are super friendly. Thanks for the Margarita! 🤗

19/08/2026: A pleasant evening outdoors with a very warm welcome and excellent service. The meal was good, although the price didn't seem justified in my opinion, or perhaps it needed a bit more attention to detail (the gravlax starter was more visually appealing than the crispy reblochon and apricot dish, for example – the folding and presentation were poor – a subtle hint of the interior in the glaze would have been nice). However, the lemon curd dessert was a real highlight. It was good, but I was a little disappointed by the presentation. The dining room itself was beautiful, unique, and well-maintained. 19/07/2026: We tried three savory crepes and one sweet one. The first was with beef, ham, and cheese with egg, burrata, and pesto. The second was sweet with roasted apple and caramel. All were excellent. We ordered them to go, and they arrived perfectly on time and still hot. The crepe was delicious, the batter was wonderful, and the filling was quite generous. Highly recommended.

08/08/2026: This is our second visit and it's still delicious. I recommend the kimchi rice balls and the eggplant. I find the guabao a bit pricey: 7 euros each is frustrating considering the portion size; I'd order two every time if they were 5 euros, but they're so delicious that it's easy to overlook the cost. The service is perfect.

26/07/2026: I'm disappointed… I used to come quite often, partly for the duo deal which was €15, really very reasonable, and the guabao were always delicious… but I was surprised when I arrived and saw that everything had gone up (the deal only went up by one euro, but everything else apparently did too…). I was especially disappointed with the guabao. I usually got the fish and tofu ones, but this time I found them really bland, with too little sauce in both. The tofu one had a strange taste that it didn't have before, even though the recipe hasn't changed. The curry gave it a flavor close to cinnamon, and the avocado was too green. The same went for the fish one, where you couldn't taste the mango sauce at all; it wasn't even properly distributed throughout the guabao. However, the fries were very good, the service was really friendly, and we didn't have to wait very long.

15/08/2026: While the restaurant is called "La Cantine du Musée," a friendly place, I would prefer to describe it as "the gourmets' canteen." It's flawless: subtle, balanced dishes, impeccable service, and a warm atmosphere. In my opinion, a true gem in Bayonne!
