15/08/2026: Passing through the area, we discovered this little restaurant, "La Cantine," with its generous and delicious home-style cooking. The service was top-notch, with humor, efficiency, and a warm welcome. I work in the same field and I understand the challenges of satisfying an increasingly demanding clientele. We ordered three delicious ricotta and spinach ravioli au gratin. I say, "BRAVO! 👏👏👏 AND BEST OF LUCK!"

15/08/2026: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Uzès, perfect service, warm and very helpful owners, quality cuisine with local products, well-shaded terrace, reasonable price, only one drawback: the proximity to the boulevard.

14/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! The terrace is lovely, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal in a friendly atmosphere. The service is impeccable: a warm welcome, attentive and efficient staff. The food is excellent, with flavorful dishes and generous, indulgent desserts. A truly great place that I highly recommend. We will gladly return!

24/08/2026: While looking for a place to have lunch off the motorway, we stumbled across this gem by sheer luck. It's tucked away in an industrial zone, true, but it has a pleasant outdoor seating area in a garden, and the interior is really nice, as well. The staff is very polite and friendly, attentive to guests' needs without being obtrusive. As for the food ... oh, dear. The 7-hour lamb was incredibly tender and succulent, paired with a fragrant sauce and great vegerables and polenta. This is what France is incredibly good in - such great surprises in unassuming little towns and villages.

19/06/2026: I love truffles so much that I made a reservation in advance from Korea. I think it would be perfectly fine to just walk in without a reservation. I went with really high expectations... but on that day, I was in terrible condition plus motion sickness. I was slumped over the table, feeling terrible, so they moved me to a private spot and kept checking on my condition. They were so incredibly kind. ㅠㅠ Feeling sorry and grateful, plus because it was a place I really wanted to visit, I ordered a full meal of appetizers, main courses, and desserts despite my struggles. Although I only tasted a little and left most of it behind... When I went, there were three types of truffles available, and you could choose them yourself. Overall, the food was lightly seasoned, focusing on dishes that highlighted the natural aroma and flavor of the truffles. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves truffles 👍 Next time I go to France, I want to visit again when I'm in good condition.

The only disappointment was that I wish I had a bigger stomach to eat dessert… If you’re looking for some authentic french bistro food in Paris, definitely check this place out - absolutely delicious!! Btw - space is tight so highly recommend booking a reservation ahead of time.

29/07/2026: A superb restaurant, excellent cuisine, very generous portions, and an unbeatable set menu price. The staff is extremely friendly and the owner is very attentive. A wonderful experience enjoying fresh, high-quality ingredients in a cozy atmosphere. However, be sure to book ahead, as, like all good restaurants, seating is limited.

29/07/2026: An excellent restaurant that I highly recommend. The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and the food simply delicious, with a chef who only prepares homemade dishes! The team is friendly and attentive, which makes you want to come back. I'm on holiday for a week in Royan and I have no desire to go anywhere else. Congratulations to the whole team for this wonderful experience!
