22/06/2026: Hello everyone, and hello to the Tante Reine team. Yesterday, on a friend's recommendation, we booked brunch for 11 people. Our table was set outside in full sun, despite the fact that we were under a red heatwave alert. Fortunately, the manager was quick to respond and found us a spot in the shade. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the brunch. There was very little choice when we arrived, as many dishes were empty and were never replenished (I understand it was already late for brunch, but we had booked for 12:30-12:45, so the staff was aware of this). Furthermore, there was too little salad, too little cold cuts—in fact, too little of everything—and leftovers had been sitting around for far too long in the sweltering heat. There was no fresh fruit, the yogurt was warm, the tarts were warm, the tiramisu was dripping hot, etc. What about the cold chain? Why not prepare the brunch menu gradually, since the number of customers is perfectly known? This would allow the food to be kept at the right temperature and would also ensure that all customers have the same selection and quality, as the price doesn't decrease based on the time of arrival. We would have preferred that the restaurant not take our reservation if it couldn't offer brunch after a certain time. Jocelyne FOSSIER.

05/06/2026: We were familiar with the restaurant before, but after a year's absence, we were very disappointed with the food and the servers' attire, especially for an establishment that aims to be upscale. In short, a huge disappointment! The setting, however, remains very pleasant; it's a shame the rest doesn't live up to it!

15/06/2026: The service was far too slow; we had to ask for our aperitif after 30 minutes. The duck leg, cooked at low temperature, was burnt to a crisp, and the homemade mashed potatoes were just mushy potatoes. The homemade fruit salad looked like it came straight from a can of Saint Mamet fruit. The bread was stale! And to top it all off, they handed us the cutlery. Avoid at all costs.

14/06/2026: Very nice place, Ezera is very polite and attentive to the customer. The food is very good and of good quality.

31/05/2026: I stayed at this hotel on May 30, 2026, a day of extreme heat. It was impossible to lower the air conditioning in the room below 30°C because the system is outdated, with three click-button zones and a manual thermostat that isn't even electronic. Furthermore, there was only one bottle of water, and it wasn't cold, for two people on a sweltering day, for a room costing €124. I find this very stingy. I reported these two issues to the staff, who told us, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do." A better response would perhaps be appropriate, given the price and the standard that a Mercure hotel should normally offer, from a national perspective. This establishment tarnishes, and does nothing to improve, the reputation of the Mercure group.

12/07/2026: The server got mad when we didn’t want to order food at their «pub and restaurant».. we would maybe have ordered food later, but not after that. Then I managed to spill coke over myself and the servers laughed at me -and sure, it’s a funny scene, but no one helped me dry it up, they didn’t offer any paper towels or anything. Sat back down and no one offered a new coke. I would be fine with buying a new one, but no one asked. Left as soon as possible and sat down somewhere else.

10/07/2026: Nice tourist spot, looks like an English pub/sports bar. Huge wine list with amazing bottles on it. Food is pricey, and the quality was a bit disappointing. Still highly recommended to give it a try.

03/06/2026: * My friend liked her chicken curry with basil (which also had vegetables). * I didn't like my vegetable curry in a green sauce. The vegetables were excellent but I didn't like the thin mild green sauce nor the fried tofu. * The sticky rice with mango was excellent. * I would go back but avoid the green curry sauce.

01/06/2026: We love this place. I don’t understand how it doesn’t have better reviews because we’ve been coming here for two years every time we visit Paris. The service is so friendly. The food is spectacular and packed with flavor. I recommend getting the minced beef rolls and the minced beef with basil bowl.

08/06/2026: We dined at this establishment very recently. To begin with, the setting is truly superb, both outside and inside the restaurant. Beautiful, clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. We ordered a set menu and some à la carte dishes. The dishes were all very good, refined, beautifully presented, made with quality ingredients, and the sauces and wine pairings were excellent. However, we noticed a significant difference between the à la carte menu and the set menu. While some difference is normal, in this case, it was quite pronounced. I must emphasize that the dishes were nonetheless very good. The service was very pleasant, relaxed, and attentive to our requests. Regarding the price, we found it slightly high for the food and drinks, spending almost €100 per person. The cocktails, on the other hand, were very well made. It remains a very fine restaurant that we will likely return to.

07/06/2026: The restaurant was full at 1:30 pm, but they managed to get a last table for the four of us. A pleasant surprise, good value for money. The skate wing and other meats were excellent in both quality and quantity.

07/06/2026: Very friendly staff, the best Moules and so much, I had it with cream, super delicious. Excellent place also to get a drink with plenty of choice. Good price and service with yummy food.

29/06/2026: I came to buy a machine last week. I was greeted by a tall man who was clearly training a young woman. From beginning to end, he was haughty and dismissive, making comments like, "You want to pay full price," and was incredibly bitter! I've never been treated like that; it's unacceptable! Considering the price we pay, the quality of service is mediocre. The only positive point was the barista, who was very friendly.

26/06/2026: Your employees lack professionalism; I order online more often, but here in the store, where are the greetings to customers, the personalized service of yesteryear? They're all just hanging out with each other, making jokes, staying in their own little circle, it's a bit of a shame.

20/05/2026: Good value for money, pleasant service, very friendly female staff; despite arriving around 1:30 pm as a couple, the welcome was perfect. Thank you.
