10/10/2026: The gluten-free pizza was so disappointing. I was really looking forward to trying it because it looked so good in the photos. But it was just plain bad. The gluten-free tiramisu was also very poorly made, very runny; the mascarpone was good, but that was it. For €40, we paid for two pizzas and a tiramisu, which wasn't good value for money.

07/06/2026: I enjoyed the restaurant. What a beautiful and spacious restaurant. The reason why I gave a 4 star is because there was a dog and a cat in the restaurant. This upset the dog, so he went on a barking spree. For hygienic purpose and respect to other patron pets should not be in a restaurant. However, we enjoyed our food, drinks and hospitality of the staff. On my next visit I may stay at the hotel, if the rates are good

25/10/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ We were very disappointed with our experience at L'Estanquet in Montauban. For €40 per person, you expect to enjoy a pleasant and convivial experience, especially on a Saturday lunchtime. Unfortunately, everything is rushed. Table service is practically nonexistent. The waiter doesn't say a word, and this robotic server removes the plates as soon as you step away for a few minutes, without even checking if you've finished your meal. Where is the expertise and attention one expects from proper restaurant service? But the biggest complaint concerns the buffet management. We arrived at 12:30 pm and felt like we had to eat at breakneck speed. From 1:30 pm onwards, the buffet was no longer replenished, the dishes were cleared away gradually, and there was practically nothing left. Yet, the establishment advertises an "all-you-can-eat buffet." In reality, it's more like "hurry up and eat before it's all gone." When you choose a restaurant on the weekend, it's to relax and enjoy your meal, not to be under pressure. If the goal is to eat quickly, you're better off going to a fast-food restaurant than paying €40 for a supposedly all-you-can-eat buffet. A very disappointing experience that we won't be repeating.

01/10/2026: Everything was perfect! I don't usually rate restaurants, but I felt this one truly deserved it. We ordered mussels, and we've never had such delicious mussels in a restaurant. Finally, a restaurant that knows how to cook mussels properly! In addition to the homemade fries (not frozen), homemade mayonnaise, and a wide variety of flavors, the portions were very generous. The setting is pleasant, the staff is attentive and efficient, and the restrooms are clean with soap and paper towels (it might sound funny, but I'm fed up with soap shortages in restaurants!). We'll definitely be back to try the fish.

22/09/2026: A lovely restaurant with tasteful decor. The mussels marinière were perfect in their casserole dish, and we were able to enjoy them piping hot until the very last bite. The staff is welcoming. The service was impeccable. The only thing missing was the sound of the waves and the cries of the seagulls... Highly recommended. Christine and Michel.

15/09/2026: Excellent experience at Le Louis IX in Aigues-Mortes! The food was truly excellent, with delicious and high-quality dishes. The service was also impeccable: the staff were very welcoming, attentive, and took great care of us throughout the meal. We felt very comfortable there. A wonderful place that I highly recommend and where I will gladly return!
