21/10/2026: A truly wonderful culinary experience, even with a Bernese Mountain Dog! 🐾 Authentic and genuinely "homemade" cuisine, served in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Mr. Frantz is attentive and welcoming: he met all our expectations, including those of our four-legged friend, Bowie, who was very welcome. Excellent value for money and no unpleasant surprises. We highly recommend it and will gladly return! A tip: book early, this restaurant is very popular.

25/09/2026: We are Spanish, and when we asked if anyone spoke Spanish, an employee went to get a colleague who was supposed to. Before coming over to us, they said something to each other and started laughing, which made us feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. Furthermore, the hamburger we were served looked nothing like the picture: it was completely squashed, with only one slice of pickle and barely half a slice of bacon. The presentation and quality were far from what was advertised. This was a very disappointing experience, and we left feeling disrespected. We find it truly shameful.

27/08/2026: First and foremost, booking is highly recommended 😇 A wonderful discovery: the "Chic & Gourmand" restaurant. A very warm welcome and a lovely table on the terrace where you can savor this delicious cuisine. Crafted dishes with a multitude of flavors, accompanied by recommended wines. From delicious appetizers to the must-try escargots or pâté en croûte, to the surprising beef and veal carpaccio 😋... The journey continues with the foie gras ravioli 😋🤪... which speak for themselves... (excellent). To finish, a touch of five cheeses 😏. "Chic & Gourmand" is bursting with flavor and highly recommended for any visit to Beaune.

23/10/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would, because honestly, I had a terrible experience. We ordered, and what can I say? From the appetizer to the dessert, nothing was right. The main courses consisted of two or three tiny pieces of tuna fighting over a measly bit of salad, and the pizzas were half-raw. The only thing that was even remotely decent was the dessert. And the service? Don't even get me started! Instead of attending to his tables, the waiter sat around chatting with the customers next to him. As a result, the food arrived cold, and the bread was frozen and only half-warmed. Frankly, for the price and the reviews, I expected something much better. I'm disappointed and I don't recommend this restaurant.

The owner is unfriendly, the food is disgusting, there's a long wait to be served, the bread is frozen, the pizza is raw, and the dishes are pathetic—they're poorly portioned, there's practically nothing on the plate, and it's very expensive for that. I don't recommend going there.

02/10/2026: Hello, The welcome is particularly warm; you feel expected, and you can tell as soon as you step inside that it's going to be a lovely evening. The crackling fireplace warms your heart, you're seated, and you're pampered. Everything is perfectly arranged: the menu, the cutlery—everything is orchestrated with a master's touch. We opted for the set menu; the meat was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. A thoughtful touch was added for my partner, whose birthday we were celebrating. The young man taking our order spotted the gifts and made sure to slip a little note into the menu. A small fire stick was even placed on the dessert. Children are welcome with a nice little menu that's a welcome change from the classic steak and fries. At the next table, a beautiful array of beef ribs was presented and carved in front of the customers. I loved this moment. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Maud
