15/09/2026: Hello, I stopped at this small restaurant with my brother. Regarding the food, I'd say it's home-style cooking. The waitress was friendly. However, I went to the restroom. A small note: the toilet was extremely dirty. I wondered if the kitchen was the same, as it lacked hygiene. However, when it came time to pay, I saw the dishwashing area. The utensils were dirty, the cutlery greasy, and green with limescale. The photos they post don't reflect what it's like when you actually go there.

24/10/2026: Pure bliss from start to finish! We opted for the €150 tasting menu and left completely satisfied! The welcome, the food, the service—everything was perfect. We will gladly return to this establishment.

21/10/2026: A chef who knows how to surprise you, friendly and dedicated service, and delicious wines: we had a fantastic evening! We had asked beforehand what to expect, also regarding the wine selection. Ultimately, we opted for the wine pairing, which was very well put together. The glasses were poured sparingly, but if you asked, you were given an extra sip.

I'm never disappointed at Holybelly, and I recommend it to all my friends and family! Everything is delicious ✨✨ The staff is lovely, and the place is gorgeous! Special mention for the pecan cake, the London Fog, and the Savoury Stack (with extra maple syrup) Don't change a thing ❤️ Update October 2026: The team is still lovely! 16/10/2026: I ordered the daily special (chicken skewers) and it was very well cooked. Lots of flavor, just the right amount of spice, really delicious. And the espresso was excellent! Better than in Italy. And to top it all off, a warm welcome. Well-deserved success.

17/09/2026: Fourth visit to Saint Paul, a truly excellent restaurant. The cuisine is original, highly creative, and refined. Nothing is left to chance. The welcome is that of a grand establishment, the dining room is beautiful and bright. A real sense of team cohesion is evident. A wonderful discovery in Prefailles that richly deserves a Michelin star.

16/09/2026: Very disappointed by the wait. The main course, which was quite simple and arrived an hour and fifteen minutes after the amuse-bouches. Despite the waiter's rambling apologies, this doesn't live up to the restaurant's advertised and intended standard... a shame! It spoiled what was otherwise a rather successful experience in terms of taste.
